Our current turnaround time is 1-3 days before shipping unless otherwise stated on the item listing. Please make sure you have entered your correct mailing address at checkout & that you have a valid email address on file with Etsy in case we need to contact you regarding your order. If the incorrect address was entered, please contact us immediately & we will try to fix. If your package is returned to us you are responsible for fees to re-ship. We are responsible for your purchase until it reaches USPS. We are not responsible for packages lost, damaged, etc. We recommend that you purchase shipping insurance. If you would like to insure your package, select the appropriate shipping upgrade with insurance at checkout. Note that our shipping insurance is through Shipsurance Insurance Services & they also handle claims. For any claims, you must keep all packaging (box, mailer envelope, etc.) as necessary documentation. We will not be able to do a refund, exchange, etc. without it. If you choose not to buy insurance and your purchase is lost or damaged by USPS, we cannot provide a refund.

Note: Orders are not considered lost in transit until the following amount of time has passed. If your order that has not been delivered within the below time frames & you purchased insurance, please contact us so that we may open an insurance claim through Shipsurance on your behalf.

Our standard shipping is via USPS First Class mail & includes a tracking #. Transit time generally takes 3-8 business days, but it varies by destination & is not guaranteed.

► USA: USPS PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING
Upgrades to USPS Priority Mail are available at checkout! Shipping generally takes 2-3 days. Priority shipping transit time is NOT guaranteed by USPS, but pretty reliable.

► USA: USPS EXPRESS MAIL SHIPPING
Upgrades to USPS Priority Express Mail are available at checkout. Transit time is 1-2 days within the USA & is guaranteed by USPS.

We ship to Canada, Europe (excluding Germany), Australia, New Zealand, & Japan! If you are in another country & would like for us to ship to you, please reach out to us & we may be able to setup a custom listing to ship to you. We regret that we can no longer ship to Germany due to their new policies :(

► All orders ship via USPS International First Class with a tracking # for proof of shipment. The tracking # will show movement through the US, but will generally stop updating once it has left the US until it has been delivered. Transit times can vary greatly especially due to customs & we have no control over it. It's in the hands of customs & your country's postal service. Please understand that this is an inherent risk in international shipping.
