Hi! Thanks for stopping by and checking out my little shop. I've been doing graphic design for 10 years and have enjoyed being a small part of people's lives with my invitations. I love being able to bring a little bit more light into our lives when at times it can be pretty tough. How to Order
Wild with Light Designs offers a Digital File or Printing Services.
Digital File: Digital prints will either be INSTANT DOWNLOADS or emailed to the client depending on the piece purchased. For personalization files, I'll send the proof within 1-3 business days. Once you approve the design, I’ll send the final file via the email address that is provided. The file can be printed at home or at a print shop/service.
Prints: If a piece doesn't need approval or personalization, I'll begin the printing process for your product(s) within 1-2 business days. If personalization is needed, upon approval of final proof then I'll begin the printing process. Please allow 1-2 days for printing, and another 3-5 BUSINESS days for standard shipping.
Processing Time
For Digital Files: Depending on the item, INSTANT DOWNLOAD or you will receive your first business proof within 48 hours of initial purchase. After final approval you will receive the digital file within 48 hours.
For Printed Items: For personalized items, you will receive the first proof within 48 hours of initial purchase. Once final approval is given, I'll begin the printing process which needs 1-2 business days and then the item(s) will be shipped.
IMPORTANT NOTE ON REVISIONS: You are allowed 2 revisions and anymore after this is an additional $5 charge. Revisions do prolong the estimated time of arrival.
Every item is customized by myself. So, I ask kindly to be mindful of my shop policies and processing times.
Shop Hours
Most of the time you will hear from me after 5pm Monday - Friday. My shop is closed on Weekends and Holidays.
Please allow up to 48 hours for a response. Orders are processed in the order they are received and I appreciate your patience as I complete orders. Please read my listing carefully before making a purchase. You will receive your order within the time stated.
Some cases you will see me on the weekends working even though my shop is closed.
Refunds, Exchanges and Cancellations
I apologize but NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES will be given for any reason due to the nature of my work. I will gladly work with you if there was an issue with the final product once it arrives. Please message me immediately if this is the case.
Once you have received your first proof, you CAN'T cancel your order. If you have decided to cancel after a proof has been sent or items have been printed you will be charged the full amount of item purchased.
Digital prints are FINAL SALE. There are no exchanges or refunds on Digital prints.
Color Variations - Digital and Print
Due to each of us working on different computers or looking at items on our phones, colors WILL vary slightly from screen to screen. Colors may also vary depending on the printer you choose if you select to purchase a digital file. I will do my best personally to get you the best color I can.

USPS Economy shipping is included in the final costs for invitations. Economy Shipping is 5-8 Business Days. Digital Items are Free shipping. For Christmas delivery please order by Friday, December 13, 2022.
