All posters are made to order and can take up to two weeks after the order date to be shipped. All orders are shipped rolled in a tube via First Class Mail, with the option to upgrade to Priority shipping, by the USPS and include tracking information.

International orders are also shipped rolled in a tube via First Class International Mail by the USPS. Tracking information will be supplied, but due to the inconsistencies with the technology, there is no guarantee it will work correctly. Delivery times for international orders varies depending on the country of destination. It usually can take at least three weeks after shipment for an international order to arrive, but in some cases, it can be longer. It is also possible that the package could get held up at your local post office because of a customs reason or because it was too large to be delivered. Please check with them first to see if they have your order.

The tracking number is the only information I have about the status of your order. I do not know anything more than that. Once a package is mailed, it is completely out of my hands.

Q. What type of paper are your posters printed on?
A. They are high quality digital matte prints that are printed with archival inks.

Q. Can I get my poster shipped in a tube?
A. Sure! All posters are now shipped in a tube.

Q. Can I purchase a poster with an Etsy gift card?
A. Absolutely.

Q. Are you available for custom work / commissions?
A. Yes, depending on my schedule and what you had in mind. I might not be familiar with whatever you want a poster for, so please include a detailed description about what you are thinking for the design. Reference images are always a big help. All that said, I still might not be able to come up with a design if it something I am completely unfamiliar with.

Q. Do custom pieces cost more?
A. Yes. Custom pieces are something that are created just for you and are priced accordingly. I don't have a set price as all projects are different, but keep in mind that they are more costly than the other prints in my shop.

Q. I need a post by x date, is this possible?
A. Maybe, but since all my posters are printed after they are ordered, please contact me BEFORE you place your order so we can discuss it.

Q. Can I get a poster in a size that is not already available?
A. Definitely. Just contact me with what you have in mind and I will set it up.

Q. Can I get faster shipping or a different shipping method?
A. Yes, for domestic orders there is now an option to purchase priority shipping for $6. This is a faster shipping method than the standard first class I would otherwise use. Please keep in mind that this will not lead to your poster being printed any faster, it is solely a faster method of shipping.

Q. My order hasn't been delivered yet, where is it?
A. The tracking number is the only information I have about the status of your order. I do not know anything more than that.

Domestic orders are supposed to take 3-5 days, but in my experience, they can take anywhere from 2-10 days depending on where you live and any unfortunate postal errors.

International orders can take anywhere from 1-6 weeks depending on your location.

Once a package is mailed, it is completely out of my hands. If your order is outside of the delivery window, please contact your local post office about your order as they would know more than I would.

Q. Can I get a digital version of a poster so I can print it myself?
A. Sorry, but no. I don't sell or give out any digital files.

Q. If a poster has folds in the design, can I get it printed without them?
A. Definitely. Just let me know you would like it printed without the folds by leaving a note in the "notes to seller" box, and I will print it without them.

Q. Can you frame the poster for me?
A. I don't offer any framing. Any framed image on a listing is just for mock up purposes. I've had good luck with getting frames from Amazon. They have just about any size you could want.
