Reservations

Sadly, I do not do reservations on items that I release. I do this to ensure that everyone gets the same chance of buying the items they want. The only time you may see a listing saying "Reserved for _______" is when another customer and I have discussed there is another payment to me that needs to be added (such as when there was a problem with their address on the shipping label and they need to pay for another one with the correct address) or when a customer purchased a custom order from me (please see "Custom and personalized orders" for more information).

Custom and personalized orders

I gladly accept custom orders! Please understand though that I may not be able to get the order *exactly* to what you desired but I will try my hardest. The time it takes to make your custom order varies on how big of an order it is & how complicated the order is. The price also varies depending on whether I already have the fabrics and supplies needed, how big the order is, and other specifications. If you are interested in a custom order, please message me and I will get back to you as soon as possible! Just a few tips: Sending a picture of what you want helps me understand how you want the order to look like and if you are not 100% sure that you want to make an order, PLEASE do not order it!

Returns

I expect all serious customers to look over the item descriptions or personally ask me questions about the item (if you have any) before making a purchase. This way, there should be no confusion on how the item should look or fit when it arrives!
Returns
Please do not ask to return an item if you "changed your mind" etc. after it arrives. Please make sure to always review your cart before purchasing though! If your item(s) arrive with any damages or defects, please message me so we can discuss a partial or full refund depending on the situation.
