Welcome to Willow Creek Vintage & Antiques Shop. It is with great pride that I offer the best and most reasonable buys for my customers.
Returns and exchanges
There is No Refunds or RETURNS. Glass is very fragile to ship that is why I insure each package. If your package arrives and the contents is damaged then please file a claim for refund of your money. This I will leave to the customer and the reason again why you have insurance covering your package. So please do not ask for Refunds or Returns. If there is any problems you may have with your purchase contact me so I can try and work this through, giving bad reviews is bad taste when the seller and buyer can work trhough problems.
Payment
I only accept Paypal, through which is also accepted Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. I accept payment in 2 business days and after the 3rd if I have not heard from you or you have not returned my email then I have the right to relist the item at my convience. If for some reason you need more time for payment please let me know I will be glad to accomodate you. If you wish to cancel please let me know immediately so I may relist the item. I also reserve the right to cancel any transaction
Shipping
If shipping seems to be a little high I will adjust along the way and refund you some money back on shipping if I overcharge. I try to give the best price available. I do combine shipping so let me know you are not through shopping before I invoice later.

My Shipping Policy is Standard, Parcel, Media and Priority mail, whichever one is the best way for me to ship to you at a reasonable cost. Also included in my shipping policy is Insurance on higher priced items to cover breakage or damage out of my control due to the postal system. Also including is my small fee of shipping materials added in the postage. I always pack with care and use bubble wrap for glassware and most delicates.
