WillowWalkerDesigns' Shop Policies
I'm pleased to offer beautiful handcrafted jewelry created by my hand. All pieces large enough will be "signed" with my trademark "WW". I carry a mix of both unique, one-of-a-kind pieces and stock items.
I strive to create quality, durable pieces that will hold up to the everyday world, within reason of course.
I have done my best to provide accurate color pictures of my work along with a written description. If you have any questions regarding uniqueness, colors or materials please feel free to convo me!
I accept PayPal and I now also accept credit cards. I expect payment within 72 hours or I will return the item to my store. I am working on the idea of a payment program too. Please send me a convo if you are interested!
I will mail your item within 24-72 hours of receiving your payment. All items are shipped First Class mail which takes 2-3 business days to arrive in the U.S.. International will take longer to ship.
All items are packaged with care in a gift box enclosed in a padded envelope.
I do not include insurance with shipping. I do recommend insurance on the more expensive and OOAK items. I cannot insure any international packages as insurance is not available on international first class mail. Please contact me for more information if you wish to insure.
Refunds and Exchanges
Willowwalkerdesigns does not generally accept returns but there are always exceptions to this policy so please contact me with any concerns. Your satisfaction is my priority.
If an item is lost or damaged during shipping please contact me immediately so I may determine whether to ship a replacement or refund your money.
