The description could have been more accurate on the size of the leather surface vs. the size of the overall mouse pad. The leather part being the usable mouse space. Also seller didn't offer much help or ability to resolve situation.

Reinventing our lives day by day.

Our Story begins not that long ago.

During the winter of 2008 I found myself unemployed and searching for work. My creative outlet had been cutoff. I needed to do something, to make something. I feel like I have only just begun. Everyday I think of new designs, new features, and new colors to use. I love it!

Jump ahead a couple of years and enter my husband. He too is a creative force to be reckoned with! He designed up some computer cases for us to try out and now they are my biggest sellers. Working together is absolutely great and it shows in our cases and sleeves.


You never know what life is going to throw at you, one day we may be working on one project and the next day in the opposite direction. I like to think of the word REINVENTION when it comes to our business and life. My husband and I have truly reinvented ourselves and our livelihood.

Like so many of our customers today, we are on a new course and enjoying the new challenges and opportunities that it presents.

All the items shipped in the US include confirmation number.
International orders are shipped by First Class Mail and cannot be tracked outside of the US.

International orders needing delivery confirmation need to purchase my listing for "Express Mail Shipping - International". These packages will be scanned upon arrival and thus documented as being received by buyer.

Standard shipping times are as follows:
First Class Domestic Mail (US) items typically arrive within a week of being sent.
First Class International Mail (outside of US, including Canada) 3-6 weeks
Priority Domestic Mail (US) less than 1 week (convo me for rates)
Express Mail Shipping - Everywhere - 3-5 days (need to purchase listing)

Willow and Company is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address. Willow and Company is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit. If this is your concern please convo me regarding shipping insurance. Willow and Company is not responsible for international custom fees and taxes incurred by the buyer nor late or undelivered packages.
Refunds and Exchanges
If an item is defective (photos need to be provided and reviewed for qualification of "defective") then, if applicable a free replacement will be happily made. A new item will be made and sent with a return envelope.

It is generally not our policy to refund purchases. We will gladly replace them with a new order of the same value. Please make sure you purchase the size you need as this does not constitute a defective product. REMEMBER: Unless stated "ready to ship" these are custom made items. If you order the wrong size and realize it after the item has been made and/or shipped and thus need to order a different size a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your original purchase upon receipt of returned item and the remaining purchase price will be refunded back to you. The correct item will thus need to be purchased separately. This also applies to orders returned due to unpaid international duty fees.

If you need to cancel an order you have 24 hours to do so. Again, due to the fact that each order is custom made I cannot issue cancellations after 24 hours. If it is absolutely necessary to cancel your order after this period then a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your purchase price.
