I’ve been thinking about wine racks for a long time. In general, it’s safe to say that wine racks are static boxy items that land in a spot in your kitchen and tend not to move.

But what if we came up with a solution - like bookends for wine - that was compact, and elegant, and even came in colors? And so after years of thinking, my dream became a reality. With much support from friends and family, and months of design, prototyping and testing, we ran a successful Kickstarter campaign to bring Winebars to market.

Winebars are made from solid aluminum. We use a process called aluminum extrusion to forge the basic shape. From there, the bars are milled into their final form, brushed smooth, and anodized, which adds their elegant luster. Each bar in the set of 2 has a rubber pad inset into the base so that bars won’t slip as you stack your wine.

Winebars are great for tiny kitchens, and big ones! They fit in the fridge, so bottles won’t roll around. Winebars also fit into cabinets, so you can turn cabinet space into wine storage space. In fact Winebars look amazing in just about any room, or even outside.
