My first encounter with printing was in school at art class and I remember cutting a zebra into my linoleum plate. Back then I was quite put off by the amount of work necessary to cut a proper printing plate, so after our school printing session was over I dropped printing again and turned over to what I have used to do for years: drawing.
Some years later, about 2017, I suddenly stumbled over printing again and decided to give it a second try - and since then I could not escape this beautiful and extraordinal technique of creating art anymore. Studying arts at university I was also introduced into etching and lithography - techniques I unfortunately have not been able to pursue as much as relief printing yet due to the limited possibilities in my home studio.

Besonders gut hat mir auch der Hinweis "nicht knicken" auf der Versandtasche gefallen, da andere Drucke, die ich anderswo bestellt habe, den Transport mit der Post nicht so gut überstanden haben.
