Express Yourself!
Are you bored when you walk into the mall or the jewelry store? Do you have trouble finding pieces that express your personality, and don’t offend your values?
That was me, and that’s why I started making jewelry about ten years ago. Minimalist style is lovely and classic, but it’s not who I am. Also, the Boho pieces I did like were often of poor quality, and mass-produced in third-world sweatshops, both things that go against my core values.
I’m a daydreamer, a lover of books and movies and music. Of science fiction, fairy tales, and all things Medieval and Arthurian. Steampunk and Art Nouveau are my favorite movements (I'm a mass of contradictions!), and I am inspired by nature, the forests, the oceans.
For years, I just bought simple clothes and jewelry that didn’t make me feel special at all, suppressing what I was inside. But then creative expression began seeping through, and finally exploded out of me. Now I can’t keep it in anymore.
Once I started making jewelry and giving it to friends, it just wouldn’t stop. Pretty soon, there was so much, I had to find more people to share it with. There’s nothing like the joy of seeing someone else feeling special and expressing herself by wearing my pieces!
I make great quality jewelry, often with recycled materials, right here in my south Florida studio. And 10% of my sales go to two charitable organizations. WaterAid provides clean water and basic sanitation for people in 38 countries (and counting). Kiva gives those less fortunate a leg up in their businesses so they can feed their families. I believe there is room for all of us and we can all help each other.
I have also learned the joy of teaching jewelry-making to others, especially when they may have thought they were not “artsy” at all because they couldn’t draw. We are all creative, and if you can use a twist-tie, you can make jewelry from just about anything.
So do join me on this journey, because we all deserve to express ourselves and feel special every day!

Shop policies
I take pride in doing high-quality work with exceptional materials, so my products are durable, able to be used for many years, and will eventually become heirlooms for your family.
I do a lot of custom work, and all my pieces are individually handcrafted by me, so feel free to ask for anything you would like, even if you don’t see it here. If you like a piece but want a different color or metal or size, just contact me and I will create something to your specifications. I can also make jewelry with your found or reclaimed items or old pieces. Just drop me a line.
Materials used: Lucite flower beads, Swarovski crystals, nylon-coated or enameled permanently colored copper wire, tribal silver, sterling silver, 14K gold-filled wire, copper, some base metal findings, and beads of glass and natural stone. I can custom dye Lucite flowers to ensure that I will be able to accommodate your wedding needs. Some pieces are woven using strong nylon beading thread. Many jewelry pieces are strung on nylon and steel beading wire. All materials are of exceptional quality.
Nickel-safe note: Many of the earring posts and wires I use are sterling silver, niobium, or copper, which should all be nickel-free. Sometimes, I will also use certified nickel-free gold- or silver-plated ear wires. I use nylon-coated or enameled, permanently colored copper wire in most pieces, and most clasps and toggles are made by me from this type of wire. I am happy to exchange these for sterling silver or copper upon request. Some components will be made of other metals that are not nickel-free. I will always state the metals used in the findings in the description of the piece so you can make an informed decision about what to buy if you have a problem with nickel. If the description is "base metal" assume it contains nickel.
If you like a piece that contains nickel but have an allergy, message me and I will make something similar that will be safe for you.
I take pictures of some earrings and ear cuffs in models' ears, but sanitize them afterward. If you wish, I will replace the ear wires with never-worn ones on request. All nose cuffs or clips - basically anything that can be worn in or on your nose, are handmade to order - you will not receive the photographed sample.

Returns and exchange details
If you simply are not happy with your piece, let me know within 14 days of your receiving it and I will provide a replacement, store credit, or payment refund, minus a 20% re-stocking fee. Shipping expenses are non-refundable. Custom orders and sale items are not returnable. In case of a custom order cancellation, the 50% deposit is non-refundable, since I do a lot of work and purchase materials up to that point.
Repairs:
I use the best materials available, handcraft every piece individually, and test for strength, so there is rarely any product failure. Please be especially careful to avoid breaking fragile items like Lucite or glass beads, or crushing soft ones like wire. Also, do not jerk a strand that gets caught on something, or the end may come loose, spilling your beads or disfiguring the wire. Treat your jewelry graciously, and it will outlast you. Of course, accidents do happen. I will not accept responsibility for such damage, but I will perform repairs for a small fee plus shipping costs.
*Note: Because of the unique nature of my work, I buy small quantities of most materials so nothing is duplicated. This means repairs may cause a slight change in the design of a piece. Please save any components that come off of the piece to help me reconstruct it.
Payment
I offer a bespoke service for brides, and volume discounts for Wedding and other event packages.

Additional policies and FAQs
Custom orders are welcome! If you have something in mind, please message me with your ideas, as well as any pictures or drawings, and color choices. Let me know if a particular piece I have available is close to what you want, and what changes you might like. If your idea is very different, just give me as much detail as you can. Once you actually place your custom order, you will be invoiced 50% of the total. When I receive that payment, I will begin creating your piece. I will send pictures of the completed product for your approval, and once I have that, I will invoice you the final 50%. Payment must be received before the order ships out. If you have a deadline, be sure to pay promptly so your shipment arrives in time.
Please allow 3-6 weeks to complete custom work, depending on the size of your order and the flow of demand. If you need a rush order for an upcoming occasion, message me and I will make special arrangements for you if possible.
