I've never seen anything quite like this little pillow. The detail is amazing, and as someone who loves cats, Halloween, and autumn, I keep it in a china closet in the kitchen so I can see it all the time. It always brings a smile to my face!

Great patriotic quote by Molly Ivins, well known Texas journalist, author, and humorist.
Love the way bright colors pop when stitched on black fabric.

The Wise Olde Owl: Daydream to Reality.

With my background in art and computers, e-commerce, graphic design and computerized embroidery machines, I launched Irish Lane Designs, the original name of my business. My dream was to create embroidered sayings for all occasions.

Starting out with a single needle embroidery machine, then upgrading to two six needle machines, the business grew until equipment now includes a ten needle machine, six needle machine, single needle machine and one industrial sewing machine (not counting all the sewing machines I use for pillows). In addition to thousands of designs and fonts, stockpiles of designer fabrics and linens, a myriad of softwares, my supplies, my work area has exploded to use four rooms of our country home.

A lover of inspirational sayings, I enjoy coming up with ideas for my embroideries. Many are created for customers' special requests. Initially, my work was only sold at shows. After Etsy offered a venue for artists and craftsmen, I knew I had to sign on.

To the best of my knowledge, there is no one else producing embroideries like mine. Besides selling on Etsy, I also supply embroidered Irish sayings to a wholesaler of Irish items and also customers from my days of setting up at shows. My designs are frameable and nearly all fit standard frames. I love what I do.
