••• EMERGENCY or Personal reasons? If you are unable to honor your purchase, we can AGREE to Cancel a Sale for any GOOD Reason.

Thank you for your courtesy!
I am a Mom-No-Pop Shop… ALL things are completed by Me, Myself and I.

We do not generally run out to Post a single package…

• ORDERS are shipped out as quickly as humanly possible (usually within 5-7 days of purchase) I go out to Post 2 or 3 times per week, but there is a back-log…

• International Schedule is based upon Paid-by dates…requires a trip to the Post during Office hours: 1 or 2 times per week.

Expect your package TO ARRIVE in about 7-14 days (10-24 days for out-of-country)

NEED IT QUICK ? • U MUST LET ME KNOW ( at time of purchase, NOT later : )

Running an Online Shop actually takes up ALL of my time. SEW I have a Schedule to accommodate SHIPPING when several packages are ready to go…

It takes TIME to Pull fabric items from stock. Measure. Cut. Wrap. Package. Weigh it all taped up…then finally Print Postage PLUS run off to the Post Office! Whew!!!

• CALCULATED shipping: you are charged a very near estimate. Actual weight of your purchase(s) PLUS a bit for MATERIALS / Packaging / Printing Postage, etc..

Absolutely the cheapest amount possible UNLESS you request expedited delivery.

Packages in the USA: 1st Class Mail Parcel with Delivery Confirmation for Tracking.
Slightly more than regular 1stClass but worth it if a package disappears…Paypal ONLY refunds $$$ with proof of mailing…

• CONVO about COMBINED SHIPPING if choosing multiple items or continuous lengths of yardage. For BEST possible prices, use SHOPPING CART with Shipping Costs Combined for Purchases!

*** Hey!!! Doing this EVERY day…(and LOVING it) I spend a good deal of time preparing packages, there tends to be a backlog… that's REALLY a GOOD thing : }

SEW MUCH to do managing an Etsy Shop : \

Refunds and Exchanges
Because of the nature of Fabric, RETURNS for refunds are NOT accepted
(and once fabric is CUT I am unable to UNCUT it ; \

Plus environmental things like Pets, Cigarette or Cigar Smoke and moisture/mold can ruin it for someone with a more sensitive nose.

However, if the item received is not exactly what you had expected, based upon photos + description, please be sure to let me know?

Perhaps we can work something out in Trade or Shop Credit…
Additional policies and FAQs

However, Woodland Folk of Oregon, use wood-burning stoves for heat.
Any woody-smoke odor remaining on fabric easily disappears in the pre-wash.

Which brings me to:

• ALWAYS wash your fabric purchased (new OR old) before you sew!!!

• I RARELY wash or IRON material sourced "elsewhere" because I haven't the time…

If YOU do this before you sew, and KNOW it has accomplished it's purpose: remove sizing and pre-shrink, test for bleeding colors, etc.

NOTE: HOT Dryers and IRONs can SET stains FOREVER, sew check over your item carefully and use pre-treatments specific to the textile fiber.

Washing rinses away stabilizers in NEW material and musty storage odors in OLD. Many minor dirt or spot issues can be removed from fabric that has been sitting somewhere for long periods.

Often my STASH comes from a PET FRIENDLY HOME. Please rest easy…every precaution is taken to protect the fragile nature of the materials.

Crisp & Clean… ALWAYS Stored pet & odor free! UNCUT & UNUSED (usually).

Small Print Disclaimer: Vintage Collectible Items are SOLD AS IS, As-Found, in At Least Very Good Condition, if not Better!

Sourcing from a variety of locales: Secondary Markets, Re-sale/Wholesale Outlets, Estate Sales & Antique Shows.

However…There is NO GUARANTEE implied on 2nd hand goods >^..^<
