All packages are fully insured. In the event that an item is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately and we will open a claim with our insurer.

Shipped orders will not be refunded.

We will work with you as best we can to resolve any issues with our pieces, please contact us within 3 hours of delivery with any problems or concerns about damage.

"Unboxing" videos and photos are welcome.

We are not responsible for damages or delays incurred during shipping. If an issue arises with USPS, we will do what we can to assist you, the buyer, in getting information.

Lack of buyer care upon opening (such as cutting through the parcel to open it) is the fault of the buyer. Please exercise great care.

All items are handmade from natural bone. The bones are all cleaned, degreased (fats in bone removed), and sanitized. They are stink and debris free. All bones are legal to possess in the USA. No special permits or licenses are required.

These items are for display and art purposes only; we do not recommend leaving them outside, or as a toy. They are fragile. No bones are acceptable for animal chews.

Generally, yes, we can tell you how a listing perished. We work closely with our sourcers. "Ethical" is an unregulated term and we do not use it since it has no concrete meaning.

Some creatures are scavenged such as on hikes; others are roadkill; some perished naturally (domestics); some were hunted for their ENTIRETY (we only source from full-use individuals); and others are from small food farms where the entire creature is used and dispatched correctly.

At times, we don't necessarily know. We will tell you-- just ask! We can attest any animal that is hunted, etc. was dispatched correctly and quickly. A fast end is painless.

We appreciate and desire to use 100% of an animal.
