MONOGRAM and PLACEMENT ETIQUETTE

When deciding on which monogram to choose, there are some guidelines for monogramming that may help in your decision making.

ONE PERSON:
(Female) First Initial - Last Initial - Middle Initial. For someone named Julie Elizabeth Thompson, her monogram would be: jTe
(Male) First Initial - Middle Initial - Last Initial. For someone named Robert Wilson Davidson, his monogram would be RWD.

MARRIED COUPLE - First initial of wife - Last Name initial - First initial of Husband. For example someone named Jane married John whose last name is Davidson, their monogram would be: JDJ

SINGLE INITIAL, to just represent the first name (for a single person) or the last name (married or single).
We follow the standard guidelines for size and placement, examples are:

Left Chest - Either single name or company logo. For personalizing the first time single name maximum height of 3/4” tall (or company logo maximum width 4 inches wide)

Both Right & Left Chest - company logo left chest, single name right chest


No matter which you choose, monogramming a gift is a great personal touch that people will remember.
