I love the handwritten note in the package, it was a very nice and personal touch. As a plant mama, these are the most perfect stickers! Frequently asked questions
My shipping address is incorrect! What do I do?
Message me within 1-2 hours of placing your order. I prepare shipments as soon as I can after receiving an order. It is the buyer's responsibility to double check their shipping address. If a product has already shipped out, the buyer must repay the replacement shipping cost.
Are the stickers waterproof?
No. I currently do not sell any waterproof stickers. My sticker sheets are printed on 100% recycled matte white sticker paper and my die cuts are printed on glossy white sticker paper.
My order is late!
If it has been over 2 weeks (domestic) or 4 weeks (international) from your shipment confirmed date, please contact me to see whether I can do anything for you.
Please note that I am NOT responsible for any lost mail. Once your item has been marked as shipped, your package is completely out of my hands and is the responsibility of the post office.
However, please do contact me and I may be able to offer you a courtesy resend. This is dependent on the order and the customer as it would be out of pocket for me.
Can I add tracking to my order?
Most of my listings are shipped without tracking through USPS in order to keep shipping costs low for you and they still arrive in a timely manner. However, you can upgrade your shipping for an additional fee. Simply message me and I can assist you.
