5 out of 5 starsI absolutely love these baskets. I bought them for my daughter’s wedding and they are perfect. My only issue is that I don’t like the plastic mint bowl container and I’m not a big fan of wintergreen lifesavers so I replaced the mints and bought separate bowls for those.

2 out of 5 starsFor the price, I expected it to look like the picture. The mints were the cheap red and white ones, which would be fine at Christmas but this is for my wedding next week. The picture shows white mints. I was going to build my own basket & should’ve. This is the first time I’ve been disappointed with Etsy…

I am so sorry to hear that you were not pleased with the product. We have been selling this item for over 15 years and have not experienced the complaint that you have. We take pride in the products that we make. I feel confidant that the item looked exactly as pictured with the exception of the mints. Please know that we used brand products and the red/white mints were peppermint. That is how peppermints are manufactured. (From time to time, we have to change the items in the basket based on availability.) With You in Mind, inc. stands by the integrity of the products we sell.

What condition does the product have to be in so that it is eligible for a refund?
With You in Mind, inc. accepts returns and exchanges for 30 days after delivery in accordance with Etsy policy. All original packaging must be included with the return to be eligible for a refund. Due to the hygienic nature of the products, any In the Basket or In the Bag products must not have the cellophane or zip tie opened/removed to be eligible for return.
All items not meeting this policy will not be returned.
