We are a new way to shop.
My passions have always been working with my hands to create beautiful art and helping animals. For a long time I struggled between my passions of art and animals until one day I decided I needed a way to do both. That's when I created Jewelry Saving Lives. A place I can bring beautiful handcrafted jewelry to the world and still help save the lives of animals by donating 10% of my profits to animal rescue groups!

Shipping Delays
However unfortunate, shipping delays do occur whilst in the hands of the USPS. Etsy's policies states,
"Etsy doesn't hold sellers responsible for shipping delays or errors. If the item was shipped and has a tracking number, you may be able to contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim."
Please know once we drop the package off at the USPS it is out of our hands and we are not held responsible for any delays, loss of items, and items that are broken in transit. We are more than happy to help you with your purchase but the quickest way to get shipping questions answered is by going directly to the source and calling the USPS.
Message reply time
Our goal is to get every message answered within 24 hrs on weekdays. We work from 8am - 10pm each day so we strive to get your messages answered same day, even if it's late at night. However, my top priority is always getting orders out asap! Since I make every piece per order there can be message delays due large order fulfillment and holidays. Please be patience and I will always respond within a 24-48 hr weekday time frame even in our busiest of times. I take weekends off to be with my family so I do not reply to messages on Saturday & Sunday.
It's the weekend and I haven't gotten a reply
I commonly get asked why people are not getting answers on the weekends. I take weekends off to be with my family but I will reply to weekend messages first thing Monday morning and all other inquiries between 8am - 10pm on weekdays.
Refunds & Exchanges
When it comes to shopping small, ethics are a top priority and we thank you for supporting a small business. These items are handmade with love and a lot of patience. In the world of small business, we make sacrifices for our art and our labor. Offering refunds on all products is very much a luxury afforded to bigger stores that cut corners and don't spend time on the labor of building the product. With handmade goods, a return cannot easily be resold because they are made to order for you specifically and we cannot get the time back we spent building your product. Because of this we do not allow refunds of any kind and will allow exchanges for a small fee. Please see the exchange section for more details.
Exchange Fee
As stated above we put a lot of love and labor into each product and the time we spend on each product is valuable. When you exchange a product we then have to put even more time into your new product and processing the exchange. A free exchange is a luxury afforded by large companies who do not make their own products so they don't have to worry about the labor going into a second product to be exchanged. Because of this we require a $10 exchange fee and purchase of a new shipping label.
You have to contact us within 7 days of delivery and mail the item back within 14 days of delivery.
If we agree to any exchanges outside of that time frame you have to mail it back within 7 days of our agreement date.
Exchange Conditions
The exchange has to be approved before the item is mailed back. If an item is mailed back to us without us accepting the terms of the exchange the customer will be responsible to pay for shipping to get the item back.
The item must be in perfect condition when it is returned to us. If an item is damaged when we receive it the customer will be responsible for any loss in value. This includes any additional cost to fix the item or replace any missing broken pieces etc. If the item is returned beyond repair the customer is responsible for paying for a whole new item at full price.
We are not liable for any items lost during transit.
Custom Quotes
We do love to make custom items and hope we can make something wonderful for you! Basic quotes are free but once a quote exceeds 4 hours we charge a non-refundable $12 deposit per item quote. This is because we can spend several hours contacting all of our suppliers, often creating mock products, and creating custom molds for your piece. Our labor time is our main asset and unfortunately we cannot afford to spend several hours on a quote for a sale that might not happen for free. However, once you checkout with your custom piece we will apply this deposit to your final price!

Solid Gold Returns/Exchanges
We do not allow any returns/exchanges on solid gold items at this time. Solid gold is much more costly to make than silver or gold fill and to keep selling our solid gold items at such low prices we have to keep our gold productions costs low. In order to do that all gold sales are made just for you and are final.
