WizzPop hosts a selection of button badges and magnets in a range of cute, vintage and geeky styles.

Order as magnets to attach to your fridge or notice board to add instant colour and style alternatively order as Pinback buttons to make cool accessories to attach to your favourite bag or placed on a lapel for that ultimate geek chic.

Our products make fantastic gifts and would be great as favours for parties!

Payment
We accept Paypal as our sole form of payment. Payments are required within 48 hours of purchase, after this time the order shall be canceled and then the item re-listed.

If you experience any problems with making payment please contact us and we will try our best to assist you.
Shipping
When placing your order it is important to tell us any additional information regarding the item in the 'Notes' box during checkout. By sending us a separate message or email you run the risk of it being overlooked or error occurring with your item.

We dispatch all items to the address provided on Etsy. Please ensure that this is correct.

CHRISTMAS SHIPPING

In order to give your item the best amount of time to arrive before christmas our postal service advises these dates as the lastest posting dates. We cannot guarantee christmas delivery but this will help give you a guide. Please factor in 3-5 working days prior to these dates for us to produce your order.

DISPATCH

All our items are dispatched within 3-5 working days after cleared payment unless specified in the listings.

We use new materials to pack all items. Items are placed in clear cellophane bags. They are then dispatched in a padded mailing envelope.

Items are made and dispatched from the UK via our postal service Royal mail.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (OUTSIDE THE UK)

Orders will be sent via Royal Mail Airmail and then passed over to your countries own mailing system.

Please expect delivery from 5-20 working days after your item has been marked as dispatched.

We ensure that all packages have the correct custom labels attached, however in the rare case of your item being delayed by customs we ask that all international customers allow upto 20 working days after your item has been marked as dispatched

Most of our items do arrive well within 20 working days however if your item has not arrived please get in contact with us.

TRACKING

To keep our postage costs low we send all our mail via standard services. We find this offers the best value however it DOES NOT offer tracking

We are able to upgrade your postage to an enhanced service at an additional cost. Please contact us prior to placing order so we can give you a quote and set up a custom listing for you with the upgraded postage.

All Buyers are responsible for any duties, customs and taxes levied by their individual countries.

We include an invoice with every order. If you are giving an item as a gift, please let us know.

We are unable to ship on Sundays, UK public holidays or during unexpected events such as postal strikes. I can not be held responsible for delays in delivery once the package has been passed to the Royal Mail or for delays in delivery due to circumstances out of my control such as postal strikes or the Christmas holiday period when delivery is always slower.
Refunds and Exchanges
We hope that you enjoy your items however if you are unhappy we can exchange or give shop credit for most of our items if we are notified by message or email within 7 days of receipt.

Items must be returned in new condition and in their original packaging along with the packing slip to ensure full credit.

Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is being returned because it is damaged or defective.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please obtain a certificate of posting or use a secure shipping method with tracking to send the item.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days.

Due to the nature of items that have been customised and personalised they are exempt from our exchange policy unless damaged or defective. If selecting your own colour-ways please request a proof during checkout. Please ensure that you check all spelling when sending over custom text as If there is an error with this text then we cannot exchange or refund, however if is an mistake that we have made we will arrange a replacement or refund.

If you are returning a damaged or defective item, you must contact us so first so we can arrange the return of the item at no additional cost to yourself. You will be refunded the price of the item as well as any applicable shipping costs.

Refunds will be issued in to the original Paypal address used to purchase the item.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns if they do not meet our return requirements.
