I accept PayPal payment in US Dollars.
You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:
You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. On the right hand side of the next page you will see 2 options, the 2nd one is to pay using a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.
Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped. If you are having any issues with PayPal, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will assist you in anyway that I can.
If you are having trouble with the Etsy checkout process please contact me right away so I can send you a PayPal invoice instead.
Customers in the US can pay with a check, money order, or direct bank transfer if they wish, please contact me directly if you want to use this method. If you are paying by check or money order your order will ship immdiately after payment has been cleared. Items need to be paid for when purchased unless other arrangements have been made (payment by check or money order). Payment by check or money order is expected to be prompt, within a week of the sale date. If payment is NOT made the item will be re-listed within 24 hours and a report made to Etsy to cancel the sale.
I ship all my art in the US thru USPS, FedEx, UPS. The shipping price will be listed on the item page. If you have a preference for a shipper or method then please contact me and price difference will be arranged. The art is always insured with delivery confirmation and you can expect your item to arrive within 5-7 business days. I always provide my customers with a tracking number.

International shipments - I use FedEx. The Buyer is responsible for any additional fees that may be charged at customs.

I package everything the way I would like to receive it. In one piece! Recycled materials are a main priority, but it depends on all of us to recycle.
Refunds and Exchanges
The artworks that I list are described and photographed as accurately as possible, although variations in individual computer monitors make it impossible for artwork to look exactly the same on every computer screen. If a return is due to customer indecision, then only the price of the item will be refunded, not the shipping cost, the buyer is also responsible for return shipping costs to send the item back to me. Returns must be sent out with tracking/delivery confirmation within 1 week of receipt. A refund or credit will be issued upon receipt of the returned item(s).

In case of damage during shipping, **** PHOTOGRAPH THE DAMAGE ITEM AND PACKAGE **** I need a photo and you keep a photo. Contact me as soon as you receive the shipment. Please retain the item and all packaging materials, including the box, as they will be needed to launch the insurance claim process with the shipper. I am not responsible for claims of damage without any photo proof for insurance claims.
In the event of a claim, the shipper will need to contact you to verify the validity of the information that I provide them. All Artwork is insured. In the case of loss or damage, the customer will receive a refund and an insurance claim is filed on my end.
If for some reason you think your package has been lost email me.

You can exchange for any reason an artwork you received for a similar sized/valued artwork that is available in my shop, just e-mail me upon receiving.
