Welcome to Wolf and Firefly! I hope you enjoy browsing through my shop. I am always happy to make custom orders so don't hesitate to convo me if you see something you like that you would prefer to have in a different colour or even with a different appearance. :) I also am willing to give discounts on large orders for stores, just convo me with details. :)
Payment should be made through Etsy's Direct Checkout or Paypal. :)
50% non-refundable payment is required before starting any custom work.
I typically ship USPS First Class Mail in the US, and USPS First Class International elsewhere. The more expensive items are shipped with insurance in the US, and large orders may be shipped with insurance elsewhere, please convo me if you are planning to make a large order for a store. International orders can take up to six weeks to arrive, and that is not something I can control. I ship within two business days unless I have stated otherwise in my listing. Domestic orders (US) that are not insured will be replaced if lost or damaged in the mail if it was my fault. If you have a wrong address in your etsy shipment details, you are responsible if you do not receive your item.
Shipping within the USA usually takes 2-5 days and international shipping is usually anywhere from 1 - 6 weeks. If you have not received your item within that time, it is your responsibility to let me know. I am not responsible for items that were not received if I was not notified within 8 weeks of their shipment that they had not arrived.
I insure shipments to all countries where it is available except the USA. If insurance is not available for your country, I cannot be responsible for safe shipment of your item. I will pack it securely, label it with the address provided by your etsy information, but once it leaves me, I have no control over it. If it is lost or damaged in the mail, I will not issue a refund. I do offer replacement, but you must pay for the shipping and it will only be replaced once.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds are accepted within 14 days in the EU, and within 7 days everywhere else, as long as the items are received by me in the same condition they were in when they left me, and containing all packing materials. :) If items are returned for any reason other than postal damage or wrong item sent, the buyer must pay the return shipping and no shipping fees, including the original shipping to the buyer, will be refunded. If items were damaged in the mail, I will make and ship a new order, to the buyer or refund your money at my discretion. Some people have sensitive skin and allergies to certain metals. I cannot guarantee that your ears will not be bothered my my ear cuffs and/or earrings, even the sterling silver ones, as some people's skin will not tolerate even that. Ear cuffs will not fit absolutely everyone, though they do fit most people. Some people have very little contour to their ears and can't wear ear cuffs easily. If you purchase an ear cuff and cannot get it to fit you, you may send it back to me for a refund of the item price, if it is in the same condition that it was in when I shipped it to you, but the shipping both ways is the buyer's responsibility, as unfortunately I have no way to judge your ears without seeing them. :) If you send the item back, it must be sent with the instruction sheet and protective box and bag that it came in to protect it.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Please note that international buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. If item is refused or returned due to buyer's failure to pay duties or pickup package, I will not issue a refund.
Sale prices are good at the time of the sale, and are not valid for past sales. :)
ALSO PLEASE NOTE: All of my jewelry is created by hand, so no two items are identical. That’s the beauty of the product! Please allow for slight variances from what is shown in the photos.
I can supply an invoice that includes my name, address and email address upon request.
