Gift wrapping and packaging

What does gifting include?

• A gift tag with their name on it
• A note with your special message on it
• A business card with social media outlets and contact info
• Special gifted coupon code to purchase more items in shop

Custom and personalized orders

Custom and personalized orders require a nonrefundable down payment to cover cost of the materials. The item(s) is then made and you can choose whether you'd like to purchase the custom item.

The price for your custom item is determined by my hourly rate of $10.50.

Ex: Materials cost is $10, it took 2 & 1/4 hours to make. The $10 is nonrefundable and the price of your item is $24. Your total price spent would be $34.

• During the design process you can change your mind at anytime.
• After we've agreed on a design and production has started, be aware that any change made will cost you towards the hourly rate.
• I have the right to terminate service of future orders to anyone whom chooses not to purchase their custom order.

Do you take local orders?

Yes, locals are open to a variety of options.

I can be contacted through Facebook, yard sale groups, phone and email to book a local order for you.

Do I need an account to order locally?

No, you do not have to go through with making an Etsy account to order from me and my shop. Etsy now includes Guest Checkout to which you can still safely order online.

Can I purchase using cash?

Yes, cash purchases are allowed but are offered only to locals or in-person sales.

I apologize to cross-country residents and international customers, however there isn't a guaranteed safety net for this type of transaction of money and items being shipped.

Can I pay using my credit/debit card in person?

Yes, I gladly take cards for in-person purchases if you'd rather not carry around cash.

You will be prompted to fill out your card information at time of purchase. This information will not be recorded for any other reason than paying for your order.

Paying through the Etsy reader with your card is protected and safe.

RETURNS

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN ASKING FOR A RETURN:

» When making a return we do charge a 10% restocking fee to cover any loss in value (as the item would not be new anymore).

(EX: your item is $10, you will be refunded $9. $1 is the restocking fee.)

» Shipping cost is nonrefundable on returns as the amount paid goes straight to the shipping company.

» Returning an item that has been exchanged once before; since I courtesy ship the item to you for the first exchange, the amount for the shipping label will be taken out of the return price.

(EX: the same $10 item was exchanged and the courtesy shipping cost $3.41. You will be returned $5.59)

What is a Rush Order?

The RUSH MY ORDER option is shown in the shipping options when you checkout.

When you select the Rush Order you are paying for your order to automatically go to the front of my order queue.

EXAMPLE: During the holiday rush my turnaround time is 3 weeks. I have 16 orders to make, you order with the Rush My Order option. Instead of being order 17 to wait in line to be made, you are now order #1 and all others are moved behind you.

THIS DOES NOT MAKE YOUR ORDER SHIP FASTER.

If you want your order to ship faster plus being rushed, you need to select the Rush Order + Priority Shipping. Then you can expect your order to be made and arrive to you in a total of 2-5 days for Jewelry and 3-7 days for Home Decor.

EXCHANGES

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN ASKING FOR AN EXCHANGE:

» You are responsible to pay for shipping it back to me. Out of courtesy, you won't be charged for me shipping you the correct item.

» Exchanges are only valid on the same item purchased, including different variations on the item are available in the exchange. (Size, bead color, hemp color, etc.)

(EX: You purchased a 7in black hemp bracelet with blue beads. You don't like the blue beads and would like a different color such as red. If red is an available color provided in the listing, you can exchange. You can not exchange for a color not included or for a different product. Meaning you can't exchange for a dream catcher when you bought a bracelet.)

DAMAGE CLAIMS

To make a damage claim, contact me within 5 business days of your package's arrival with your order number and pictures of both item(s) and packaging materials regardless of areas damaged.

• The pictures must include all angles of both product and shipping materials with close ups of damage involved to be evaluated for proper value assessment.

• If claims appear to be falsified upon evaluation, no compensation for damage will be rendered.

• You will be given multiple solutions to rectify the damage claim as we see fit. If you have any issues with the solutions given, please let us know! Customer service is a huge part of being a small business and we want to be able to come to terms suitable for both shop and customer.

WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS

What to do if you entered the wrong shipping address on your order:

• Contact me as soon as possible. Send me a message and let me know what the correct address is. In doing so - triple check that there are no spelling errors, typos in the numbers and etc.

• If you do not know how to input the correct shipping address and order with the wrong one anyways, leave me the correct address in the Note To Seller when checking out your order.

**PLEASE NOTE - this does not change your address for future orders through your account. You must change it in your account settings.**

• If you don't realize you made an address error until after your order ships, you are responsible for any fees involved to reroute your package or repurchase your order.

WRONG ORDER CLAIM

To claim you received the wrong order, please notify me within 5 business days of your package's arrival with your order number and pictures of the item(s) you wrongfully received including the receipt that arrived in the package.

• Once I can evaluate the claim you will be given the opportunity to choose whether you'd like a refund or free remake and ship of the item(s) you purchased.

• If claim appears to be falsified upon evaluation, no compensation will for a wrong order will be rendered.

RAIN CHECKS

What is a rain check and how do they work?

A rain check is an agreement to honor a sales price or deal after the offer has expired.

• In order to claim a rain check you must message me before the sale ends whether through Etsy message, email or Facebook with the expiration date of the sale. Even if it's a minute before the sale ends, just let me know.

• You will be given a special one time code to redeem your offer.

• Rain checks last 14 days total, including holidays & weekends, after the sale has expired. (EX: the 40% off sale ends at 11:59pm on December 12th, the rain check lasts from 12am December 13th through 11:59pm December 26th)

• All rules and restrictions made in the original offer still apply for every rain check you claim.
