WonderbabyDesigns' Shop Policies
We accept payments via PayPal or personal check. If your payment does not arrive within 2 days (or 1 week for checks), the order will be canceled and the item will be restocked. Orders will be shipped after payment has been received in full and any personal checks have cleared the bank.
I try to ship in stock items once or twice per week usually on Mondays & Fridays. I will contact you if there will be a delay.
I ship most often via the US Postal Service. Shipping is calculated with 1st Class mail but you may request Priority Shipping for an additional fee. If you are in the US and order more than 5 pairs of Poquito Pants™, they must be sent via Priority Mail.
Insurance is available for an additional fee and is encouraged. I will not be responsible for any orders shipped without insurance.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want your order to be perfect. I inspect all items for flaws, but in the event that you receive a defective product, I will repair or replace damaged items that are unworn and unwashed, if you notify me within 2 weeks of receiving the damaged item. Please contact me before returning any items, as I will not accept any returns without prior notification.
I do not accept returns on Poquito Pants™ that are the wrong size, so please measure your child to insure you are buying the correct size.
