Welcome to woodartandmore! We specialize in wood items .
Custom orders are always welcome! Depending on the customization, an additional fee may apply. We check our email on Etsy , so feel free to ask any questions that you might have. You can be sure we will get back to you hopefully within 24 hours but usually less.
Paypal is a easy method of payment but we just signed up to except major charge cards though Etsy's. Fell free to choose either one for making a payment.
With regards to shipping, we ship all our packages via USPS- First Class or Parcel post. If you need anything super fast, please let us know by sending us an Etsy message or email ASAP. Extra charges will apply.
We currently Just ship to the US. We Experienced very high postal rates for Canada and decided that we would not list shipping costs for Canada. If you live in Canada, and would like to place an order with us, Please contact us so we can look into shipping options and come up with a price for you.
Refunds and Exchanges
The most important factor to us, running our Etsy business, is making absolutely sure that our customers are satisfied! If for any reason there is a problem with your purchase, PLEASE be sure to let us know so we can fix the problem immediately. This goes for shipping issues as well. If during the shipping process your order is damaged, we will make sure it is fixed or replaced, at NO cost to you. We may request that you send the damaged item(s) back, or send us photos of the damaged item(s). We will make sure that any issues are handled as promptly as possible!
REFUNDS ISSUED. We are so sure that you will like our wood products that we will offer the following: If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, we will refund the total cost of the item, plus half of our shipping cost, but you will need to pay for the shipping cost back to us.
Refunds on custom will not be handled like our normal listings. Any refunds on custom orders will be handled with a one to one basis.
Additional Policies and FAQs
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order transaction, if we feel that the buyer has abused the neutral or negative feedback feature on past purchases with other shops. Our business is extremely important to us so to risk unfair feedback may not be worth the risk. Thanks!
