I did unfortunately receive one with an issue with the magnets, but Dennis was absolutely fantastic to deal with — extremely kind, responsive and helpful, and he resolved the issue far beyond what I expected. The whole system is engineered to tight tolerances so that Apple watch and wireless charging discs fit perfectly. Couldn't be happier. Great communication with Dennis on my custom-ordered dimensions and arrived on time and in perfect condition from Ukraine. Please support - it's more than worth it for this quality!
