    How do I send you my photo?

    Please send us your photo(s) through Etsy Conversation. Here's how to do it:

    - On the product page, click “Ask a Question” button and simply attach the photo(s) to the message.

    - Or go to our shop home page, and click "Contact Shop Owner" or "Request a Custom Order".

    If we don't receive the photo, we will reach out to you to remind you :)

    Does my print on wood come with hanging hardware?

    Yes, every piece has a keyhole on the back and we will include screws in each package - so you can hang it straight from the box.

    Also, a little kickstand will be included, in case you want to display your new wood print on a shelf or table.

    Will you send me the proof?

    For custom star maps - we will always send a proof for your approval.

    For all photo products - if you'd like to see a proof, please mention it when you place the order, and we'll be happy to send it to you.

    In order to reduce the turnaround time and ship as soon as possible, we send proofs only if they were requested, or if there was some significant change or cropping of the photo.

    Sizing details

    Sizes listed in our shop represent the size of the whole piece.

    i.e. "5x7 size" means that the size of the plaque will be 5x7 inch.

    We will adjust your picture and make sure it perfectly fits. In case something is not right - we will always reach out to you first.

    All of our boards are 3/4 inch thick Premium Baltic Birch.

    Do you offer large size prints?

    Yes. Usually, we print up to 24x36 inch. In case you need even larger print - please reach out to us, we can help.

    I put the wrong address. What should I do?

    The order will ship to the address you provide during the checkout. If you need to change the address please send us an Etsy message with the new address as soon as possible. We will confirm the change with you.

    We will not be able to change the address after we ship the package.
