I placed an order on the Etsy app. A few weeks later I realized I hadn’t heard anything so when I reached out to the seller she said no order ever came through on her end. Luckily, I wasn’t charged so there wasn’t an issue there. But the seller worked with me to get my board to me very quickly. The error was no fault of either of us…just one of those lovely technological glitches that happen. But the effort the seller put forth to get me the right product, the way I wanted, in a VERY timely manner was very significant to me and was GREATLY appreciated. HIGHLY recommend!!!!
