Payment
I accept PayPal and credit cards via PayPal. You do not have to make an account in order to use a credit card through PayPal. I also accept checks (payment method: Other), although using one will slow your order.

Please convo me if you have any problems using PayPal or if you have any questions about payment.

Payment is required within 24hours of purchase. Please convo me immediately if that is not possible.
Shipping
I usually ship items via USPS First Class in 1-3 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes about 2 days to arrive, once it has been shipped. Tracking numbers are available by request. I also ship internationally. International shipping usually takes about 7-14 days to arrive.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please contact me if you have any problems with your purchase. I will do whatever I can to resolve any problems. I want you to truly enjoy your experience at woodwren!

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your jewelry, you may return it for a refund, minus the cost of shipping. You must return the item(s) within 7 days of receiving your package, in order to receive a refund.
