PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING
Our processing time is 7-9 business days upon ordering. For details, see individual items.
We ship worldwide via air post as a registered package. You may track your parcel status with the tracking number provided.
Delivery time:
- Europe - 10-15 working days*
- U.S. - 10-15 working days*
- Canada - 14-25 working days*
- Australia - 15-20 weeks*
- New Zealand - 15-25 working days*
Other countries - to 25 days.
Please note: delivery time may take longer during holiday seasons or due to customs delays, etc. These situations are beyond our control, therefore we would not be responsible for any late delivery by postal service.
Please review your address for errors because we ship to your Etsy address as noted on your purchase invoice.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
If you need fast delivery, you can choose it in your basket when you pay the order, column "Delivery" - DHL Express (3-6 days)
Order will be shipped via DHL with trace number , insurance and signature on delivery . Contact (phone) number is required for delivery:
- Europe : 2-3 business days.
- United States : 3-6 business days.
- Australia : 6-8 business days .
- Rest of the world : 2-5 business days .
CANCELLATIONS
We works hard to ensure that you’ll have your order delivery in time so we start the creation process immediately after you place the order. If you need to cancel the transaction, request a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase.

Why we don't accept Returns & Exchanges: Every order in our store is personalized. It is made entirely under the desires of each buyer. And therefore this order cannot be returned as it cannot be reused. BUT! And this is important. If you have ANY questions about your order, we will help you resolve your issue.
