In my shop in the enchanted Mt. Shasta Valley, I hand craft each of my pieces with love & care. Fine art, carvings, walking sticks, jewelry boxes,custom work accepted. I am eclectic, and continually create new and different items. I make anything that strikes my fancy, or that a customer requests.

My goal is to treat everyone with respect and courtesy, and I strive to make both the buyer and myself happy, and satisfied with our transaction. That notwithstanding, I do reserve the right to amend my policies on an individual basis. Please feel free to call, write or email me if you have any questions about my policies or my shop.

Wooden Image Shop Policies

For custom work I require a 6 week lead time from start to delivery, although I can usually do it much more quickly. The six weeks just allows me flexibility; sometimes I am busier than at other times, or may have to order supplies. I strive to complete custom orders as quickly as possible. .

In the Gallery pages if you see you see something you like but prefer a different wood or different finish, or any other small change, please contact me. I can make another with the desired changes without problem, and won't call it custom work, except if a customer requests an expensive, exotic wood, As in custom work, I would request 6 weeks lead time just the same. I am adding new and different items almost every day, so you’ll want to check back to my site often to see my latest work

I Accept - Pay Pal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Bank Card.
Sorry No Checks or Money Orders, although I think Paypal may take personal checks, but then it may take up to a week for the check to clear. Paying with is the easiest and quickest for the customer.
Payment must be received before shipment of merchandise.

My standard shipping method is United States Postal Service Priority Mail—2-3 business days. Most of my jewelry boxes fit into a medium box and will go anywhere in the U.S. For $10.70. Insurance is $1.75 for value of up to $50. $50 to $100 is $2.25, $100 to $200 is $2.75.

There are 2 size medium boxes: 11” X 8 1/2” X 5 1/2” and 13 5/8” X 11 7/8” X 3 3/8”
One or the other medium boxes will usually fit at least two, and sometimes more jewelry boxes and up to 20 lbs. for the same shipping price.
International mail: the same medium box to Canada or Mexico is $26.95 for up to 20 lbs.; all other countries $43.45. Delivery time is 6-10 business days. International shipping includes free tracking to major destinations; free limited insurance. Same size medium boxes as domestic: 2 sizes. One or the other medium boxes will usually fit at least two, and sometimes more jewelry boxes up to 20 lbs. for the same shipping price.
If you want it faster, I can send it any way you want if you are willing to pay for it: U.S.P.S.,UPS, Fed Ex, etc.

I am new to Etsy, and if you know a cheaper way to ship, please let me know and I will check it out. I charge only for the cost of the shipping; I make no profit on shipping, and I do not charge for “handling.”

Walking sticks and big, heavy art sculptures: I would have to check out shipping costs and let you know.

Shipping charges must also be paid before I will ship.

Damaged goods:
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt of the shipment so if there are any problems, the situation can be resolved in a timely manner. If the return is a result of my error, I will arrange for payment of all postage expenses. Please ship back to me via USPS Priority Mail, insured. All returns that are not a result of my error will be paid for by the customer if not insured.

Return Policy
All of my products come with a money-back guarantee. If you are unhappy with your item for any reason, please return it within 10 days of receipt for a full refund. Since you paid the original shipping charges, I will pay for return postage. I do, however, reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on any returns. Please ship back to me via USPS Priority Mail, packed and well padded. Items that are returned damaged such as being broken, scratched, and not attributable to the Post Office may result in the item being discounted.

No refunds on custom work or special orders.
