Announcement   Wooden Images is a partnership of brothers John and Mark Bakula. We have been doing woodwork together since 1982. Each piece we create has its own unique and distinctive look. By combining a wide variety of woods and then carefully finishing them, each piece becomes a one of a kind work of art. We make beautiful cribbage boards, wooden earrings, wooden hair barrettes, wooden cutting boards, as well as desk items such as bookmarks, mouse boards, letter openers, pencil cups, and business card holders. Our End-Grain cutting boards make amazing gifts for the gourmet, a housewarming, or a wedding. We pride ourselves on meticulous craftsmanship and attention to detail and feel it shows in the beauty and durability of each piece we make. There are no computers doing any of the work, just two guys and some power tools.

We ship on Monday and Friday. If you need something to be expedited, just send us a message and we can get it taken care of the same day as orders placed by 4:00 MST. Whenever possible, I try to re-use and recycle clean, quality packing materials. If you would prefer me to use all new materials, please let me know when you place your order, and I would be happy to use all new boxes and padding.

Frequently asked questions

Custom and personalized orders

We only work with power tools, no lasers, so we do not engrave. What I usually suggest is finding a local engraver to do it for you once you receive the item...

Gift wrapping and packaging
