Thank you so much for supporting Wooden Ophelia. It's our mission to provide you with beautiful handmade wooden artwork for your home. We take a great deal of pride in our unique designs and want each one to be special for you. Your happiness is very important to us.

Please understand that as a very small Etsy shop, of handmade wooden art, we cannot accept returns. We do, however, offer some exceptions if items are lost in transit so every item will come with a tracking code for you to follow its journey home to you.

Every effort is made to ensure accurate information and photographs… therefore, art descriptions, measurements and representations are as precise and detailed as possible for your convenience. Please be sure they suit your needs and the needs of your space before purchasing.

Every effort is made to ensure safe delivery from my studio to your home as each item is carefully handled, packaged, and labeled securely for shipping. However, sometimes things happen in transit so if your item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately so that we may communicate a solution.

We provide free priority shipping and hanging hardware, with no fees to you for handling. If you have questions, I will do my very best to respond in a timely manner to help you! Please submit inquiries before purchasing as all sales are final.

Shipping Policies and Options:
Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped once payment confirmation is received.
All orders will be sent to the address indicated on your purchase invoice.
Domestic orders will be shipped via USPS, unless otherwise indicated.
International orders will be shipped via USPS Standard, unless otherwise indicated.

Customs:
While it is generally an unusual circumstance, occasionally items that are shipped internationally have been held in customs for further evaluation and thus lead to slower transit times. Custom fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please understand that if this situation should arise, it is done so without the artist's knowledge or responsibility. Wooden Ophelia is not accountable for any lost, damaged or stolen items during transit.
