Sorry, we cannot accept cancelations on custom orders.
We ship most items USPS priority mail, though some smaller items may be shipped parcel post.
**Express mail is available for an additional cost.
***FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING...Listed shipping is for International first class shipping.Please contact us for a shipping price quote, if you would like to upgrade shipping, or if your country is not listed.
***We are not responsible for any customs taxes,duties, or fees. Every country has different regulations.Please contact your local post office for details.
****We can add insurance to your shipping if requested for an additional cost, however we are not responsible for lost or stolen items during shipment without insurance.
In most cases we ship your item within 3-4 weeks of receipt of payment, however this is subject to change depending on the nature of the order and the amount of orders we have.
We will gladly provide tracking information upon request.
