Took way to long to ship and didn't give reliable information on when it would ship. It is a beautiful piece of product though.

Martin and Amy, a husband and wife team, began their venture in 2004 literally from a dream. In our early days, we began selling our products at local Farmers Markets and pet venues. In 2009, we opened our Etsy shop and started offering our products wholesale to independent pet retailers. These retailers find value carrying products made by US based companies.
As our product line has expanded, we've also continued to look for ways to utilized reclaimed materials. This holds true today for the products we create and materials we use in shipping. Our product line is functional and affordable! We are active in the pet world too; pet owners, puppy raisers for Guide Dogs for the Blind and supporters of our local shelter.
In May 2013, we opened our own brick and mortar retail location offering the products we create in addition to holistic pet specialty items.

Sarah started in 2013. She has one of the most important roles in keeping the wood ship floating by means of providing much needed accounting and record keeping.
James began assisting at the wood shop in July 2014. His great attention to detail skills allow him to assemble and finish the custom wooden products we offer.
Keaton is a great asset both in our retail location and our wood shop. Since 2015 he has been an integral part of our success.
Sheltin, our son, has been part of our team from the beginning, 2004. He supports us with various roles including our retail location customer service, product management and shipping.
We are not just creating great pet products, but pet owners as well, therefore all of our products undergo strict testing prior to making them available to you to ensure their functionality and durability.

Accepted payment methods
- Accepts Etsy gift cards
All sales are final and an order cannot be cancelled once it is placed. If an exception by the seller is made to cancel an order, we will charge a processing fee of 15%. If your order is already in production or has already shipped, we are unable to cancel the order, no exception can be made at that time.
Shipping Time – If your order is shipped via USPS, it will take between 1-4 business days to be delivered. If your order is shipped via FedEx, your order will take between 2-7 business days to reach you. These shipping times can increase during busy holiday seasons. If you are located in Hawaii and order a large product, we may need to ship it via Parcel Select due to dimensional restrictions. Parcel Select delivers can take longer than the normal 14 days for delivery.
International Shipments – Please note that your country may charge you certain custom fees for products shipped from the United States. We are required to note the actual value of the product and are unable to write “Gift” on the side of the box for custom purposes. Any and all custom fees will be the responsibility of the buyer. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International. Please allow up to 2 weeks (or more) for delivery depending on customs and where you are located.
Undeliverable Packages - We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address listed on your order. If your order is sent back because of an incorrect shipping address, the buyer will have to pay the shipping cost to resend the package to the correct address. If the address is entered in wrong at the time of your purchase and you realize before your order is shipped, please let us know and we can edit your invoice.
Express Processing – If an order is needed before our normal production time, we are usually able to express the processing of an order. This means that we move your order to the front of the line to process usually within 1-2 business days. We will ship express processed orders just as we would normal orders, so the shipping time will not be faster. Express processing DOES NOT mean express or overnight shipping. Please contact us if you need your order to be express processed as there is a fee attached.
Express Shipping – We are also able to use express shipping for both USPS and FedEx if requested by the buyer. Please contact our shop first before placing your order so we can create a custom listing with the correct shipping amount that will be charged to overnight a product.
Refunds and Exchanges
Damaged product - If you receive a damaged or defective product, you have 5 business days from the date of delivery (date shown on tracking information) to report the damage. This must be reported by the original buyer. For security purposes, we are unable to give any information out to anyone other than the buyer, therefore we cannot be notified by a 3rd party of a damaged product. After 5 business days have passed, claims for damage products cannot be processed. Damaged items may be replaced or repaired at the sole discretion of Woodin’ You.
Additional policies and FAQs
Wooden Products - All wooden products are sealed and followed with three coats of a water resistant finish. To keep your purchase looking new we recommend to remove the bowls weekly and wipe the feeder down with a damp wash cloth. This can help eliminate water spots from forming. Use furniture polish if desired. Bowls are dishwasher safe.
Collars & Leashes - 100% safe to launder. We recommend placing in a garment bag to avoid becoming damaged by washing machine agitators and wash in cold water to keep fabric from fading. Either hang to dry or place in dryer on low heat.
Collar Embellishments - spot clean with damp cloth as needed.
Processing & Changes- Once an order is placed it is sent directly into processing. From the time of the order, we are unable to guarantee that we can make changes to an invoice. Changes include, but are not limited to, engraved/carved information (names, date) colors, and/or fonts. We will try and accommodate each request we receive. On occasion, a customer will misspell a name or give an incorrect date on their order. It is usually more cost effective for a new item to be purchased than the one you have to be repaired. Because of this, we do offer a discount to defray the cost of purchasing a new item. Please contact us to receive the discount code if you need to reorder due to an error on your order.
-Information about colors and fonts-
Stain Colors - Please note that screen brightness, resolution, and position can lighten or darken colors in our photos. Therefore colors may be different on the final product than they appear on your computer screen. Every effort has been made to accurately portray colors on our part. Unfortunately, we will not be able to replace or exchange an item if the color is not "exactly" as you thought it would be.
We are sorry to have to inform you that we are no longer able to send you a photo of the finished product you ordered. We also do not offer pictures of your order as it is being made.
