About

From Fleece to End Product!

Our shop started from the many questions from farm visitor's asking" What do you do with the fiber". Our little shop was just a Fiber Processing Mill, and we decided to move that to another building and persue opening up a little shop to showcase our works from Pasture to Product.

It was a wonderful thing that we did this because it gave folks first hand a vision on what we do and how useful every bit of Alpaca/Angora fleece is.

We wanted to then expand that into offering spinning wheels, lessons and fiber art supplies to our area. We have been in the marketing business for over 16 years so we already had a idea on how to sell successfully.

We are just so blessed to have this great opportunity to raise our own livestock and create products that bring a smile to people's faces.

Shipping
We ship Monday trough Friday using USPS First class mail and Priority. Make sure to give me your correct shipping address. We ship to your Paypal or Etsy address. We also combine shipping. If you would like us to combine shipping, please contact us so we can alter our shipping cost for you. We also offer pickup service to our local customers.

We do our very best to ship items out with the least expensive carrier, our method of choice is First Class to our US customers. When you order more than 2 items and your items weigh more than the USPS first class rule of not more than 13 oz, your shipping order will be upgraded to priority mail and refunds will be made. Most of the time, if your order is over the 13 oz, we will ship in two different large envelopes to still give you that cheaper method of shipping. Or alternative shipping is USPS, UPS, Air Mail.

We are still trying to figure out the best way to charge the least amount for shipping, and this seems to be the best way so far. The shipping charges quoted are just an estimation for Paypal purposes.

For shipping outside USA: I ship USPS first class. Please allow 30 days before you consider your items lost. The shipping costs quoted here are just an estimation for Paypal purposes. If the shipping cost is less than the quoted, refunds will be made. Wheel and Looms are non-refundable

MAJACRAFT WHEELS & LOOMS: These wheels are made to order and shipped from New Zealand. These wheels are extremely popular and there is a 6 week or longer wait. Sometimes these wheels are shipped quicker, depends on if they have an overstock that are all built and ready to ship. We do our very best to inform you of all details, also we work very close with owners of Majacraft so that you are aware of the process from order placed, to making of your wheel and shipping...
