We absolutely adore our ketubah and are so proud to have such a beautiful piece represent our marriage and wedding for the rest of our lives. Naomi is an amazing person and she put a ton of care into the shipping of it as well.

Our ketubah is absolutely beautiful! We circled around and around with which color background we wanted and Naomi was very patient and accommodating. Can't wait to sign this at our wedding and to have it for life!

Shipping Options

I mail worldwide.
+ Papercuts are sent Express Airmail. It is a to-door, trackable, courier service which takes 4-6 business days.
+ Samples are sent Standard Airmail, which takes 1-3 weeks.
+ Orders can be upgraded to FedEx Priority, which is a to-door, trackable, courier service which takes 2-3 business days. To receive a quote on the upgrade, just contact me before purchase.

How do you package orders?

All papercut orders are wrapped in tissue paper and pressed between two wood boards, making sure they are secured at the center away from the edges to avoid any and all damages. Then they are wrapped in plastic sleeves to prevent climate damage, before being placed in their mailers.

My order is delayed / arrived damaged, what can you do?

Unfortunately I do not control the post service, and I cannot assume responsibility for lost or damaged mail. However, I do my best to guarantee the service you paid for is provided and your package gets to you. If damaged, I will work with you to file a claim for reimbursement from the courier.
When applicable, we'll negotiate a replacement order.

Custom and personalized orders

All items are bespoke and made to order. Your papercut will be personalized to you with text and colors.

If you're interested in changes to the existing designs in the shops - from a custom monogram to your pets - these requests can be accommodated for a fee.

If you're interested in a custom design unique to you, there is a listing dedicated to that, and you're also welcome to contact me here with your request.

Due to the bespoke nature of orders, they cannot be returned or exchanged once produced.

Can you do a rush order?

Yes! I can rush your order, depending on my schedule. Just contact me first to check. The rush fee starts at $75 and can reach $200, depending on the design and deadline.

I've decided to cancel my order. Can I get a refund?

If you wish to cancel your order before the booked production date, only half of the listing's value along with the shipping fees will be refunded.

For orders cancelled after item is created but before shipment, only the shipping fees will be refunded.

Rush fees are non-refundable.

I love the look of the papercuts! But they also look too delicate. Can they be handled?

The papercuts are delicate in nature, but can be handled more than you think. Their packaging allows for easy transport and handling on the wedding day, and bonus! the wood boards can be used for presentation at the signing ceremony!
Like any other paper art, as long as they are handled with clean hands and not placed outside in windy & rainy weather, they'll survive for display in your home!

What pen do I use to sign my ketubah?

The ketubot are printed and cut from artist-quality drawing paper, so they suit all inks. Every ketubah comes with a mini test card for you to practice your signatures and test out pens!

Can I customize text & color?

Certainly! Each ketubah order includes the text of your choice personalized with your names, wedding date and location. My texts can be used as templates and edited as you wish, or you're welcome to provide your own.

With all ketubot, you get a preview file of your chosen text as it will be printed following payment and within 48 hours of my receiving your text and font choices. I print only after you approve.

PLEASE BE AWARE clients are fully responsible for finding and reporting any errors before approving the text for printing. WOODLAND PAPERCUTS is not responsible for replacing approved texts.
