SUBMITTING THE TEXT FOR PRINTING
Once you make your purchase, the wording for your invitations/programs must be messaged to me through Etsy.
1. Use upper and lowercase letters. DO NOT submit any text or words in all caps.
2. DO NOT send attachments. If you have the text already in WORD, please cut and paste it into an Etsy message. I can NOT open attachments.
3. Include with your text instructions specifying any changes to the colors or other details you would like to add or change.

Paper Choices for Fans (and description):
I have the following choices:
90lb standard white matte - the most popular due to the price - $1.00 each. They are functional as fans but are not luxuriously stiff like the upgrades. People tend to hold them like they would any other type of "program" to fan themselves. Slightly cupping then. I very very rarely get any complaints on this stock, probably because the price is fantastic.
100lb shimmery cardstock - stiffer than the 90lb. These are stiffer than the above, and I have NEVER gotten any complaints on the stock - it is stiff, upscale, and very pretty. Fans are $1.50 each printed on this stock.
100lb matte cardstock - stiffer than the 90lb. Moderately stiff (not quite as stiff as the shimmery but very close). Fans are $1.50 each printed on this stock.
120lb cardstock - very stiff. This is the heaviest we carry. If you really want stiff fans you can upgrade to this but most people do not find it important enough to pay that much more. They are $1.75 each. This is basically a thin cardboard. Very heavy. Available in shimmery and matte.

Note to owner, the day these were delivered it was raining non-stop, we got very lucky that the post man left on an elevated surface otherwise they would have been ruined, I would suggest putting in a bag to protect them inside the box. We were terrified to open it up because we thought they were going to be destroyed. thankfully they were perfect.

About me!
I started my business in February, 2003 after my daughter, Kate, was born with a heart defect and I was unable to return to work (placing her in daycare was not allowed). I began as Sondra's Ink but changed the name in 2011 to Woodlark Designs.
By the way, Kate is now a healthy and active 12 year old! She had some work done on her heart on July 11, 2013, but hopefully that will be enough for a few years to give her time to grow enough for a permanent fix. :-)
It has been a wonderful adventure running my business and has allowed me to be home with my 4 kids.
I love working with my clients on new design challenges whenever possible!

Ink and ribbon colors may not be exactly as they appear on your screen. Please be advised the colors you view may not be the same as what I view on my monitor.
FOR MATCHING ENVELOPES & PAPERS: The colors that come standard with the sets match perfectly. If a client chooses to purchase custom colors I cannot promise the ink will match the custom papers (such as navy blue pocket folders/envelopes/papers may not perfectly match my printed blue ink, red pocket folders/envelopes/papers may not match my printed red ink. Etc. This is not something I can control. Also, the different shimmery papers look different in different lighting depending on the tone of the light (daylight, warm lighting, etc.) as they reflect the lighting tone, my ink does not reflect lighting.
PLEASE do NOT put your text in the "notes to seller" box in checkout. I will not see it there. Always send messages as a response to our continuing conversation.

Returns and exchange details
In the unlikely event that an order contains a typo that is the fault of Woodlark Designs and there is enough time to replace the order with the exact corrected product, then we will do so and NO refund will be given. No exceptions.
In the event that there is not enough time to replace the item before the wedding/event date - the client will receive a refund upon the return of ALL of the unused and undamaged item(s) within 7 business days. All returns MUST include the original outer packaging in the return. Returns received without all of the original packaging will forfeit to a 50% refund. Due to fraud by unscrupulous Etsy clients in the past... ALL items MUST be returned and counted to receive a refund. Original packaging MUST be included in the return so that claims can be filed against the shipper in the event that the package was damaged in transit.
If there is a typo that is not corrected by the client during the proofing process, then NO REFUND will be given. If there is time to replace the product, then Woodlark designs will do so at 50% of the original price (as long as the order does not require special-order replacement materials). Assembly charges cannot be discounted but will be charged in full for the replacement order. Shipping will be the client's responsibility.
Digital files are not refundable. Custom drawn designs are not refundable. Custom drawn holiday cards are not refundable.
SPECIAL ORDER RIBBONS AND CARD STOCKS CANNOT BE RETURNED.
