• For digital products, all proofs will be sent within 24 hours of receiving full and complete information for the design during normal business hours.

• For printed/shipped items- these are normally shipped out with 48 hours of receiving approval of proofs.

• While this shop is open 24 hours a day for sales, I am available (EST)
Monday-Thursday 10:00am - 5:00pm &
Friday 10:00am - 3:00pm to fulfill orders.
• Closed: Saturday, Sunday & Holidays

I try my best to answer all emails, when available, on the weekends.

• T U R N A R O U N D • T I M E •

• Items purchased on weekdays, proofs will be emailed within 12 hours. Orders received after 4:00pm EST (Friday after 2:00pm) will be available the next day.
• Items purchased on weekends, proofs will be emailed within 24 hours.

Woods Design Studio is closed on Holidays.

• Business hours are considered to be (Eastern Standard Time Zone)

Monday - Thursday 10:00am - 4:00pm

We ♥ custom orders, however due to the nature of our product, a custom listing must be purchased. No extra is charged for custom orders, but for work to begin a file must be purchased. Thanks for you understanding!

• A F T E R • P U R C H A S E •

• Once you make your purchase.. Etsy & Paypal will email you a confirmation. We will also send confirmation after all info is received. As soon as your proof is ready, it will be sent thru Etsy convos. After proof has been approved, it will be sent to the email address you have listed with Etsy. If you would rather it be sent to a different email, just let us know.

Payment

• Paypal is the only accepted payment method, however you DO NOT have to have a Paypal account. You may pay with your credit card through PayPal.

• If you pay with your checking account or in some cases, your debit card through PayPal, payment could go thru as an eCheck. Orders will not be started until we have received your CLEARED payment. According to PayPal, this could be up to 5 business days. PayPal will send an emails to both parties as soon as payment clears.

Shipping

• If you purchase our print your own DIY / digital items you will be responsible for printing your items, which means you will not receive any printed materials from Woods Design Studio. Please carefully check the listing details for your products BEFORE you purchase. Your products will be emailed to the email address on Etsy according to our current turnaround time shown at the top of this page.

• P R I N T E D & A S S E M B L E D • I T E M S •

We ship Monday - Friday via USPS, Priority mail only. Your proof will be emailed to you as stated in our turnaround time. In most cases, invitations & thank you cards are shipped within 1-2 business days of an approved proof. All other party items are shipped by party date. This insures that all of our customers get there party goodies in time for the big day!

Refunds and Exchanges

• Due to the nature of our products, no refunds will be offered once work has begun. Please double check your products before you print them. Your product will be emailed to you in a print ready format, one you are happy with it you can print. If there are spelling/grammatical errors, we will gladly fix it at no extra charge. Date/time changes will be changed at no charge as well.

• If there are multiple designs or choices offered in the listing and nothing is chosen, the first sample is what will be sent.

**PLEASE be sure to let us know which design you would like to be used.

• Due to the nature of our business, we cannot provide custom samples prior to your order/payment being received. Samples are provided within each listing.

• P HO T O • T I P S •

1. Please try to send the highest resolution photo you can.

2. Do not crop photos. It cuts down on the resolution to work with and will not look as nice on the finished product. If you would like a certain area of the photo to be used, just let us know and we will crop it for you!

3. As cell phone technology gets better, it is possible to use a photo from them, but please be aware that we can not fix blurry pictures.

4. Red eye, and other enhancing can be done by us as needed/requested.

•WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY PROOF?•

Turnaround times can vary from day to day, based on current order volumes. Please see Shop Announcements for current turn around times. It is usually within 24-48 hours.

•CAN I CHANGE THE COLORS, FONTS STYLE & WORDING ON THE DESIGN?•
............................................
In most cases we can change font colors, font style and wording. Need to match a certain color? Just send us a photo or a link to the colors you would like to match and we can duplicate them for you.

• DO YOU OFFER PHOTO EDITING?•

We will gladly crop your photo's to fit the design, and upon request change your photo's to B&W and Sepia.

• WHERE IS THE BEST PLACE TO HAVE MY DESIGNS PRINTED?•

This really is a personal choice, but our clients have had great success with:
• Invitations/Thank Yous:
- Walgreens, CVS, Costco/Sam's
• If you prefer having them printed on card stock:
- Staples or similar store
