Woojoo's Shop Policies


I make quality art jewelry with unique gemstones and silver, gold-filled, brass, copper, and gunmetal wire and chains. I design simple, elegant and affordable pieces with a focus on color, texture and beautiful materials.


I accept Pay Pal, credit cards, domestic personal check or money order. If you opt to send a personal check, e-check or money order, I’ll ship your order once it’s cleared. Because it takes 3-5 days (each way) for mail to travel between Hawaii and the continental U.S. (plus additional time for the bank, when necessary), it can take up to two weeks for your package to arrive.


Your order will be shipped via United States Postal Service, first class. Some of my items are ready to ship, but peacock earrings are made to order and will generally ship in three days. US residents will generally receive their package within three to five days of shipping. If you would like your order shipped via priority mail, please convo me.

Attention, please, International Customers:
First class International shipping, according to USPS, takes 7-10 days to arrive, but sometimes takes a month or longer. This is usually because your country's Customs agency has your package in line for inspection. You are responsible for any additional taxes or customs fees imposed by your country. I don't know when, if or how much you'll have to pay for these taxes, and it's not my responsibility to account for it in my shipping costs or elsewhere. In addition, it's illegal for me to mark your purchase as a gift.

I can’t be responsible for items lost in the mail, but if you haven’t received your order within two weeks (or five weeks for international mail), please convo me and we’ll figure something out. If you want insurance or tracking, please ask and I will check the price.

Refunds and Exchanges

I hope you love your handcrafted jewelry, but if you don’t, please convo me as soon as possible. I’ll exchange the item or refund the purchase price if the item is returned -- undamaged, unworn, and carefully packed -- within seven days of receipt. You pay the return shipping and we’ll pay to ship the replacement piece to you.

Handmade jewelry will last many years with normal care. But if, for some reason, your jewelry breaks within 30 days of receipt, let me know what happened and I will repair it for you at no charge. If a one-of-a-kind component is lost due to some defect and I don’t have a replacement, we’ll figure something out. If your jewelry breaks due to rough use, I ask that you be honest and accept responsibility for your part, and I will do the same for you.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Regarding custom orders
I cannot offer full refunds on custom orders, I will do what I can to make you happy with your purchase, but all orders that have been commissioned with changes to the original design cannot be returned. All changes in types of wire, stones and design are the responsibility of the buyer who requests these changes.
