Announcement   Hello! Welcome to Wool Snippets and Such! I hope you have a wonderful experience as you browse through the many patterns that are available.

You will find: primitive handmade items, patterns for: rug hooking, penny rugs, needle punch, stitchery's, and bowl ornies that are all my original designs for the primitive and country crafter. Wool and wool felt are the main materials in all of my penny rug designs. I use emboridery threads in all sizes for my needle punch creations. Cotton, muslin, or homespun are used to create all of the bowl ornies. I use a variety of beads, buttons, roving, and what nots to embellish all my projects.

You will also find over dyed wools in array of colors to supply all your rug hooking and crafting needs. All my wools are hand dyed by me in my smoke and pet free home.

I have added a new line of wool called " Shading on a Roll". These rolls have 6-1/6th cuts and range from the darkest to the lightest of one color. This is a great way to start building a wool stash. These rolls are also great for the rug hooker who wants to put some shading in their rugs for depth.

Keep checking back often as I will be adding new patterns to my existing line.

Thank you for stopping by and happy crafting!

Feel free to contact me at anytime with questions you may have or if you have purchased a pattern and may need help making it.

Warm Wishes,
Kathleen

About

For the Ewe in You!

This all began 6 years ago when I designed my first stitchery and punch needle project. It was such a thrill for me I just keep drawing and making. I read a porfile on line about one of the designers in Create and Decorate magizine that inspired me so much I took the chance and presented my designs to the editor. She took some of my designs and the designer in me was born. Those years are special to me and was a wonderful learning process. Last year I decided to branch out on my own and offer my designs on line. Etsy has made it possiable for me to do that. My business is in its infancy and is growing each and everyday. It has been a long process with alot of hard work that has been very rewarding to me. I have so many ideas I wonder if I will get them all made in my life time!! I am learning new things everyday and applying them to my designs. Wool is one of my passions and I try to use it in all my pieces. I started over dying wools 2 years ago and love the whole process. I will be offer more wool for sale and rug patterns in the future. Thank you for stopping by.

Happy Crafting,
Kathleen
