I PayPal, direct Etsy check out, and Etsy gift cards. I expect full payment in U.S. dollars at the time of checkout.
Kansas buyers must pay sales tax.
After the pretty packaging, I place your item(s) into a plastic bag, seal it, and ship it in either a box or a padded envelope. When possible, I like to reuse boxes, saving both of us money and all of us resources. Let me know if you need a brand new box.
Please let me know if you have special shipping needs or are giving the item as a gift. I am happy to write a message for you on a gift label. If warned that the item is a gift, I can use a label that will not reveal the contents. For example, I won't write, "Enjoy your scarf," if you warn me not to give away the surprise.
Your purchase should be out my door and in the United States Postal System within three business days of receipt of payment.
For U.S. sales, I have calculated shipping and handling charges using the USPS’s First Class Mail, insurance, and delivery confirmation. International sales will also go through the USPS with insurance.
If something is damaged in transit or you are concerned it has been lost in the mail, contact me right away (day-of for mail damages, within three business days of it seeming late), so we can follow up with an insurance claim. In case of damages, please contact the USPS in addition to contacting me. Keep the packaging as proof of damages. As my items are handmade and most are one of a kind, an exchange will usually not be possible. However, this is why we get shipping insurance.
If you live in Lawrence, Kansas, we can discuss FREE DELIVERY. I might as well take it to your place of business or meet you at the public library than take it to the post office. I will refund the shipping fee upon delivery.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase because it does not fit, please contact me within three business days of receipt. You will need to ship the item back to me in the original condition at your own cost. You will need to insure it with the shipping company. As most of my items are one of a kind, an exchange will usually not be possible. PayPal will handle the refund, minus my shipping costs.

Buying Handmade Online
I hope you love your purchase from Woolflower Boutique. As you know, each item is homemade. Most of my listings are one-time-only offers, so you will receive the item in the photos you have looked at online. There are a few items I have made more than one of for multiple sales. Since nothing is identical, please be prepared for slight variations between your purchase and the photographs online. That is part of the charm of buying handmade.
Before purchasing anything online, consider checking the colors of your computer monitor to make sure the color you are expecting is the color you will be getting.
Woolflower Boutique is smoke-free.
Cleaning instructions will be included with each item. It is in your best interest to follow them as well as you can. For example, if you wash wool in hot water in the washing machine, it will probably shrink and become felt. Velcro, pets, faulty washing machines, and lots of other things can tear up fabrics. Woolflower Boutique is not responsible for everyday wear and tear; deviation from washing instructions; act of pet, Velcro, or God; or anything else that damages your purchase after it reaches you. That said, if you treat your purchase kindly, I hope you will enjoy it a long time.
