I do offer custom orders! If you would like an original drawing or a print of an animal not currently available in my shop I would happily create this for you. Click on the request a custom order button and I can send you a custom listing. Please note that delivery times will be much longer for custom items as there is added production time that I will need to work around my other commissions.

All original animal drawings are on A5 watercolour paper (approximately 8x6 inches) and are shipped in a 10x8 inch frame.

All art prints are printed on 10x8 inch watercolour paper to fit in a frame or mount with an 8x6 inch aperture.

All original framed drawings will be packaged with bubble wrap to ensure they arrive un-damaged.

All prints will be sent in a sealed cellophane pouch in a hard backed envelope with additional card to ensure they arrive in good condition.

I do not offer gift-wrapping services.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase I will gladly accept returns.

A return must be requested within 14 days of delivery and shipped within 30 days of delivery.

The seller is responsible for paying return shipping and the item must be returned in its original condition to receive a full refund.

I do not accept returns for custom orders as the cost of these items pays for my production time and costs as well as the item itself. I will send process updates on custom items to ensure that customers are happy with the item before shipping.

I do not accept returns or issue refunds for digital items as these cannot be retrieved from the customer once sent electronically.
