The best way to do this is to add the name to the "Notes to WordFactoryDesign" box during checkout. If you miss the box, or can't find it, just message us the name.

ONLY Fabric Decals are removable and reusable.
Regular Vinyl Decals are removable, but they are not reusable.
Think of it like a band-aid; once you take it off it is not sticky enough to reuse.

Our decals are made using the highest grade vinyl in the industry, Oracal 631 for interior decorating and Oracal 651 for exterior. The decals will adhere to most finished smooth and non-porous surfaces including:
• Walls
• Mirrors, windows and other glass surfaces
• Finished wood
• Plastic
• Tile

Due to the specialty of the vinyl, the decals may NOT adhere to paints with additives, including:
• Zero-VOC paints
• Stain-resistant paints
• Low-VOC paints
• Environmentally friendly "Green" paints
• Paint and primer in one paints

Refunds will NOT be issued for paint related issues.

All of our orders are ready to ship within 1-3 business days. Most items are shipped USPS First Class or USPS Priority with delivery confirmation which includes tracking. US packages should arrive within 2-5 business days from the time it ships.

Shipping times cannot be guaranteed. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. We are not responsible for delayed packages or USPS issues that may occur.
