1)Cancellation, Return and Exchange policy
I gladly accept cancellations but not apply for rush order.
Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase.
If after 7 days of purchase, we will refund 70% of order price.
If after a month, we will refund 50% of order price as long as we have not finished the product yet.
If we already finished the product but haven't ship it out yet, we will refund 20% of the product price.
All the products will be sent picture to get approval before we ship it so no cancellation, refund or return after we ship the topper out.
I don't accept returns or exchanges.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Our works are handmade and most are made to order or custom order. We always send a photo to get customer approval before shipping it out therefore we don't accept returns or exchanges. We pack each parcel very well using a lot of foam and a sturdy high quality carton box. We do our best to protect the parcel during shipping with trustworthy shipping services to ensure the cake topper arrives to our customer safety. If the parcel arrives damaged during the shipping, please take a picture of the topper, the outside box, and inside the box and let us know within 2 days after receiving it. We will work together to find a solution but usually, a tiny drop of strong glue using a toothpick, will fix back a loose piece in an invisible way. During the sculpting process, we connect all pieces one to each other with glue for a more resistant result. If there are any large damages, please ship it back for us to repair. When you receive the packet, put attention to GENTLY UNWRAPPING the items/figurines. Please let us know immediately and we will make every effort to resolve the issue.

2) Shipping policy
For the Personalized orders and Made to order items, the turnaround time could vary according to the complexity of the pieces from 8 weeks. If you need a rush order or earlier than that time, please contact me BEFORE purchasing so I will be able to tell you if I can accommodate it. When placing a custom order, please let me know when you need it by.

I always ship my items with the fastest, insured and most economical shipping methods possible, which can vary depending on location. If you have a shipping method you prefer, please contact me ahead of time and I will create a listing just for you with the modified shipping method included. I am happy to combine postage costs for multiple items, just let me know before purchasing.


All your items will be wrapped carefully with a lot of foam in a sturdy carton box. Within Canada I ship most of my work with Canada Pos with tracking. This typically takes 6 - 10 business days to arrive. All international parcels are shipped with DHL or UPS. Standard shipping time to the USA, Canada takes approximately 10 days. Shipping to Europe, Australia, UK, New Zealand takes approx. 10-15 days. Sometimes it is faster. Please tell us the time you need it so we can check with shipping service for you.

Please make sure your shipping address on Etsy matches your address on PayPal. If not, please send us a convo at note to the seller or provide us with a full new address before we ship it.

RARE EVENTS:

- Delays on delivery: please note that, I can't control postal or country of destination's Customs delays and I'm not responsible for them. Also shipping can be slower in some times of the year (ie.: Christmas, .)

-Remote area fee: for the Australia, New Zealand and European countries, please check with us if it's any extra charge for remote area shipping fee.

- Parcel sent back to the sender: if a parcel is "sent back to the sender" by the recipient's postal service/courier/postman for any reason, and the address I wrote on it, is correct (the one provided by the buyer), customer will have to pay for the reship once the parcel will be received back. But it is a very rare event ;)

- Taxes on imported goods: we declare all the products are gifts so customers don't have to pay any imported tax. If it happens, all customs fees and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

3) Modification:
Once work has worked or finished, we can't change personalized. However, there are always exceptions. Please contact us to discuss. If it can be done, we will always try our best to accommodate. It might take time and fee.
