Payment must be received upon ordering or the order will be cancelled and the item will be returned for sale. Please contact me if you will require longer to pay.

PayPal is the preferred method of payment but I can also accept credit cards through PayPal and direct checkout with Etsy.

We will refund any excessive shipping fees in excess of $0.50 charged on if they are not needed.

All items will be shipped within 7 - 14 business days of your order, if not sooner. Depending on how many orders we have, we usually ship out within a week.

SHIPPING INSURANCE: We strongly suggest you purchase shipping insurance when you place your order. Shipping insurance is only an additional cost of $0.91. If you purchase Shipping Insurance and your purchase was lost during delivery, we will refund your order amount (minus shipping cost) and we will file a claim with USPS. ** If your product arrives damaged, all we ask is that you send us photos of the package in the condition it arrived to you. We will need to send them to USPS when we file our claim. If you don't send us photos, we will not be able to file a claim and offer you a refund.**

STANDARD DELIVERY: All items will be shipped out via USPS First Class.

PRIORITY MAIL: If you would like to upgrade to USPS Priority Mail, please contact us BEFORE purchase and we will send you a separate invoice for the shipping upgrade (approximately $3-$5). USPS estimates that Priority Mail packages will be delivered within 3 business days but do not offer a delivery guarantee.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - We ship USPS First Class International Package with international orders (so we can offer low shipping options) and as such, delivery takes longer than UPS, Fedex or Priority Shipping (from taking a look at past tracking, we ESTIMATE that once the package leaves Customs, it will take an additional 10-14 business days. Also, there is no tracking once an order leaves the U.S. If you would like to upgrade your shipping, please contact us before placing your order so we can give you a price quote. If a shipping upgrade request is not made in advance, your order will be shipped out USPS First Class Package. If you choose not to purchase additional shipping insurance, we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.

If you would like your order shipped another way, please let us know and we can adjust our shipping cost accordingly. Please allow 1 extra business day for a change in delivery other than our standard delivery.
Refunds and Exchanges
If insurance is not purchased at time of your order, we will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or missing orders once they arrive at the post office.

I want you to be happy with your items but if for some reason you are not, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order if you have any questions or concerns. If tracking was not available on your order, please contact within 6 days of ship date. The items must be returned, in new, unworn and unused in the original packaging, in the same manner it was originally shipped. The Buyer is responsible for all return shipping, tracking and insurance charges. Unfortunately, if the package goes missing and there was no tracking or insurance purchased, we will not be able to offer a refund.

** There are NO REFUNDS ON CUSTOM ORDERS as they are made when the order is received.** All felt embellishment/feltie orders are considered custom orders as they are made when the order is received.
