Welcome dear friends, I am Sofiya. Thank you for visiting my shop. This is my second shop on Etsy. I also have Perpetual Treasures where I offer beautiful polymer clay flowers made into earrings, hair clips, necklaces and brooches.

Rather than confuse the two shops, here you will find beautiful knitted and woven clothing that I take great pride in.

We accept PayPal. Payment is required within 24 hours please. If an item is not paid for within 48 hours, the transaction will be cancelled.
Sales Tax:
Alabama sales tax of 10% is applied to all sales shipped to addresses within Alabama.

Prices are non-negotiable, however we may have a sale from time to time.

Shipment Times:
Your order will ship as soon as possible, most often on the first business day following cleared payment.

Shipment Method:
All items are shipped via USPS. First Class or Parcel Post is used whenever it is less costly than Priority.

Shipment Location:
We will ship to the address that is provided by PayPal.

All domestic orders over $50 and ALL international orders will be insured. Domestic orders under $50 may be insured at our discretion or upon your request. If you receive a damaged item or package, please contact me immediately to resolve the issue. Photographs may be requested, and the item(s) and packaging must be saved for inspection by the delivery company.

For customers outside the US:
If you are outside the US and wish to purchase an item that has no "Everywhere Else" shipping cost please convo for the shipping cost BEFORE ordering. Please be aware that your country's customs service may impose a range of import fees, taxes, tariffs, duties at the time of delivery. These are not in our control and we have no way of knowing when or if they will be imposed or how much they might be. For information you should contact your local customs agency.
Refunds and Exchanges
Non-Refundable Reasons:
Refunds will NOT be given for the following reasons: (1) you no longer want the item and have simply changed your mind, (2) it completely matches my description but you decided you don't like the item, it isn't faulty in any way.

What if my order is lost in the mail?
Unfortunately, there are times when items do get misrouted and/or lost in the mail. Sorry, but I cannot be held accountable for a package once it is in the possession of the postal service. If an item is in fact lost in the mail, I will contact the Post Office and request a refund. Once I receive a refund from the Post Office, then I will refund your money via Paypal. Be aware that this can take up to 2 months. Please understand that it is necessary for me to wait to get funds from the Post Office before refunding you. Sadly this is a needed practice to prevent abuse of the system by a dishonest person claiming that they did not receive their order.
