Wrapped In Clover ...in love with the process.

My shop began in 2009 when I was looking for someone to make handmade flowers for my Sister-in-law's flower girl dresses for her wedding. I couldn't find anyone to make them the way she envisioned them, so I made them myself. I've always been involved with the arts... as a professional dancer in my 20's, then as a painter and seamstress, and then jewelry artist. Somehow my Sister-in-law's wedding flowers evolved into necklaces, then many other creations from there. Somewhere along the line, I became obsessed with Vintage findings. I love the patina and history each unique piece brings, and how each new treasure leads me in a new creative direction. I let each Vintage piece I choose, dictate the other materials I use...weather new, or old, fabric or metal...each piece is completely unique. Sometimes I sketch, sometimes I just start and see where I end up. I am self taught, with everything from painting, to sewing, to embroidery...if I have busy hands I am happy. I am a one Woman shop, creating in my home studio...taking care of everything from photos, to fabrication, to shipping. I am curious to see where life's artistic journey will lead me next. The process is what makes me happy, and I feel that anything that makes your heart "Wrapped In Clover" will bring you joy.
