Items sold are "Ready to Ship", "Made to Order" or "Custom Order". Each item will be marked as such and the processing time will also reflect the availability of each design. If an item is ready to ship, it may also be made as a "MTO" or "CO" as well. Please send a direct message with any special requests prior to ordering. What is the difference between "Ready to Ship" & "Made to Order"?
When a listing states, "Ready to Ship" it means that the wreath is made and ready to go. This type of listing will have a shorter processing time. Always check the individual listings for full details.
When a listing states, "Made to Order" it means that the wreath will be made just for you. Made to order wreaths are crafted and assembled once an order has been received, within the set individual listings processing time. If a listing does not specifically say, "Ready to Ship" it is implied that it will be "Made to Order". Made to order listings may have customizing options built into the listing, such as change of color, ribbon or decoration. Always check the individual listings for full details.

Absolutely! This is how Wreath Obsessed started. Custom orders offer nearly limitless possibilities in design choices, wreath styles, wreath sizes, themes, monogramming options. Wreath Obsessed has a set listing for starting the customization process. It is very important that the listing details are adhered to in order to have a smooth and mutually respectful order process. Does Wreath Obsessed offer "Rush Shipping"?
Yes, Wreath Obsessed offers Rush Shipping. This is separate from paying for a quicker postal service option. The Rush Shipping fee is paid directly to Wreath Obsessed when the company will need to work outside of normal business hours to complete your order request. Each individual listing has a set parameter for processing times. This does not include shipping times.
What is "Processing Time"?
Processing time is the time it takes for Wreath Obsessed to acknowledge your order, fit it into schedule with the other orders, make your item, pack it for shipping and physically get it shipped.
Each listing has it's own processing time. Please view these times for each individual listing that you are purchasing, even if you are purchasing all your items at the same time.
Why do different items have different processing times?
Each item has it's own processing time based on availability of materials, complexity of wreath process, and status of the order. For example, a "Ready to Ship" item is typically ready to ship within 1-3 business days whereas a "Made to Order" item will typically take longer b/c the item needs to be made and fit into a schedule with other orders.
What effects the amount of time it takes for me to get my purchased item?

What might hold up my package getting to me?
If Wreath Obsessed states that they will use Priority Shipping, which is a 1-3 day service but the customer deliberately picks 2-9 day service, then the package will ship 2-9 day service. It has been my observation that the package rarely arrives prior to the 9 days.
I need my order in a hurry! What should I do?
Please contact Wreath Obsessed first and ask detailed and straight forward questions if need be. Please don't assume because an item has been paid for that it can be made and shipped within your parameters.
For example: If an item says 1-2 week processing time, then you pay for 9 day service, you may wait a full 25 days for your item to arrive. If you haven't discussed your need to receive the item by day 14, chances are, you are not going to receive it on days 14-24. This would be a good time to pay for the "RUSH SHIPPING listing AND leaving detailed messages to Wreath Obsessed about your needs and intentions in the notes to seller as well as contact Wreath Obsessed first.
What service does Wreath Obsessed use for Shipping? How is the cost determined?
Wreath Obsessed uses USPS for all shipping needs. Most packages are shipped door to door. The cost of shipping is based on both the weight and size of the package as well as distance the package will travel to point of receipt. Wreath Obsessed uses very heavy duty boxes to ensure that your wreath arrives safely, therefore even the boxes have a little bit of weight to them.
USPS determines the shipping cost with the minimal exception of "handling" costs.
Most shipping costs are determined based on your zip code as well as that of Wreath Obsessed. If there appears to be a set, flat rate fee on shipping that seems questionable, by all means, contact Wreath Obsessed first with your zip code to determine if a better shipping rate may be given.
