All sales are final once payment is received; however, your satisfaction is our number one goal. If any physical product is damaged during the shipping process, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damage. You may return the item in it's original packaging, including all materials and parts that were sent for an exchange. If the same design is no longer available, we will work with you to exchange for another item of equal value. Exchanges will not be processed until the damage item has been returned and received.

Digital products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

We gladly accept custom orders. For best results, please provide us with inspired pictures of what you have in mind. All custom orders must be paid in full in advance. However, you will receive photos of the finished product to make any one time last minute changes before the item is shipped.

Custom or personalized orders may need extended processing time. You will be notified with the estimated processing time.

Our products are considered durable for both indoor and outdoor decorating. To increase longevity of the product, it is best to display in a covered or protected area. Over time exposure to the elements may reduce the life/quality of the item. Your item should give you many seasons of enjoyment, however, one season is guaranteed. (one season is considered 4-6 weeks)
