We manufacture vinyl decals for home decor and stencils. Our goal is to make you a return customer. We treat people like we want to be treated, we can't offer you a cart when you walk in our door but we do offer similes. We are a two person operation, myself and my lovely wife. This allows us to pay attention to detail and our customers needs.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
35% - for user paid shipping ( shipping you paid when you purchased the item)
50% - for free shipping items
Shipping is not refundable ( both directions )
Customers are responsible for return shipping.
In addition to the standard non-returnable items list:
-Faux Garage windows and faux hardware are not returnable. Please check your door size and ask questions before you purchase, not all doors are the same size.
Additional Return Details:
You must contact us BEFORE you send the item back and get approval or no refund will be issued.

Decals are single use items using them and pulling them back off ruins them. If you return a used decal we will not issue you a refund, no exceptions.
Please put the correct return postage on the decal. We will not pay for any postage due returns, they will be refused.

Payment
All import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping
Please confirm your address - We will make every attempt to ship to the address you provide. However in the event you move or provide an incorrect address and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the 2nd attempt postage. Or you can opt for a refund of %50 less shipping.
Incorrect addresses: Make sure your address is current if your address is incorrect wrengifts will not resend a *free* replacement. If the package is returned to us you will have the option to pay for shipping to a new address or accept a refund of %50 less shipping. If the package is delivered to the confirmed address on file you will be responsible for locating it. So PLEASE make sure your address is correct.
