Vintage. Retro. Antique. Old Stuff.
Whatever you want to call it, I hate to see things go to waste, especially old things. Everything had value to someone at some time. Items are not made or purchased for no reason now and they weren't then, either. We often fail to appreciate what was in favor of what is.
So I consider it my duty to salvage treasures, bring them back from the brink of extinction and make them available to others who will continue to love and treasure them for years to come. Well, it's either that or become a hoarder. Not Good.
I'm carrying on a tradition started by my Vermont Yankee grandfather and continued by my Swamp Yankee dad. What can I say? It's in the blood.

Accepted payment methods
Don’t worry. You don’t need your own PayPal account to use their services and there are no extra charges to you when using PayPal. Credit/Debit cards work by just choosing PayPal as your payment method at checkout. After submitting your order click “Pay Now” and part way down the screen you will see the option for paying with your credit/debit card.
Checks are not accepted.
A little about USPS shipping (added January 8, 2015)
The USPS does NOT automatically insure First Class Mail. Many items from this shop are sent via First Class Mail - things such as postcards, advertising pamphlets, and recipe booklets. Generally anything that weighs less than 12 ounces and fits in a flat envelope. It is less expensive to send these items via First Class rather than Priority or Media Mail.
Insurance can be added to First Class mailings for an additional fee. Please notify the shop if you'd like insurance or signature confirmation added.
The USPS does not automatically insure items sent via Media Mail either. Please notify the shop if you'd like insurance or a signature confirmation added.
The USPS DOES automatically insure items sent via Priority Mail up to $100. Insurance can be added if an item is valued for over $100. There is an extra fee for a signature confirmation.
As a general rule, items sent to their destination via the United States Postal Service get there in the end. Sometimes we have to be patient if an items was sent via Parcel Post - it costs less to send a Parcel, but it takes forever. Sometimes packages don't arrive at all. We are not responsible for the items that don't get to their destination and we do not provide refunds for items that are lost or damaged unless they are insured.
